Excellent experience Kyle Butler was nothing short but exceptional. Well knowledged about my vehicle purchase. He was fun to work with. Lackluster Service- Not up to Volvo Standards Purchased a vehicle here in 2015. Salesperson - Scott Evans was great- no complaints. There was an issue about financing as they said the only loan th Purchased a vehicle here in 2015. Salesperson - Scott Evans was great- no complaints. There was an issue about financing as they said the only loan they could get me was thru Citadel FCU at 14%. Went and got my own financing thru Chase at 4.1% so don’t know what the issue was but I am not a fan of Citadel FCU anyway. Car has been great, however service department is lackluster. Not friendly in any way, just more so going thru the motions. Took vehicle in for a tire that kept losing air and they came out to the waiting area and announced quite loudly that there was nothing wrong with the tire or rim so I drove away. Didn’t appreciate the smugness. Plus I was handed the key and had to retrieve my car from the back lot. Fast forward 2 days later and the tire was low again. Decidedly I choose not to go back to Stillman but to drive an hour and fifteen minutes out of my way to Stadel Volvo in Lancaster. Right away within 15 minutes the service advisor Debi came to talk with me- the rim was cracked. Stillman didn’t even check for this and supposedly it’s pretty common. Tire and wheel coverage took care of it and I was good to go a few days later as wheel had to be ordered. Same thing happened again just a month ago- thanks to our great PA roads. Went right back to Stadel and got it taken care of. Stadel has earned my business and I no longer would consider Stillman Volvo as a place to purchase or service my Volvo. Their loss as I have already referred 3 purchases by family and friends to Stadel. Just because you were one of the first does not make you the best. Oh and on a side note I don’t really like the fact that they assign you a service advisor but it’s a free for all of whoever helps you. It’s not like that at Stadel, or has not been like that with my experiences with my other cars- Mercedes Benz, BMW, Acura, or Lexus. More
