From sales to service there is a sense of integrity and genuine care for the customer. The staff is composed of really great people. We have worked with Brad for many, many years. He feels like a family member. It’s always a great conversation to work through selecting our next car. Ryan helped us with our recent purchase. It was important to him we found the exact car that met our needs. He personally shuttled a number of cars from the holding lot to the dealership for us to assess. His upbeat and caring demeanor as well as his knowledge helped us to continue to process through to our final choice. Kevin is a whiz with the new technology available on the XC60. He meticulously went through all of the functions and was very patient as we processed all of the great possibilities in our new car. He scheduled a follow-up with us to answer any additional questions we may have in the next few weeks. Our trust in the service department is second to none. Greg works with us on the three Volvos we currently bring to the dealership. Again, the common theme of professionalism applies to the service department. Do not fret, she's still there but now she has a window and a new title (wahoo!). As my lease was coming to a close, I had the honor and pleasure of working with Kyle to acquire my 2019 XC90. Kyle has the patience of Job and a sense of humor that is reminiscent of George Carlin, Eugene Levy and Nathan Lane. He made the experience of leasing my new Volvo seamless and fun. Much of our interactions felt like SNL skits with guest appearances by Angelo, the finance manager, who is a gem and the invisible but omnipotent Brad, who makes finding black Volvos with amber interiors look like child's play to us mere mortals. So, if you're in the mood to laugh and have a team of people understand and appreciate your quirks when it comes to buying or leasing a Volvo, a trip to Stillman is a must. He must have thought I was the perpetual window shopper. Well, recently my Subaru was in an accident and totaled and I needed to replace it. David found the perfect vehicle for my situation.
