Bought a certified 2009 used Lexis IS 250. I loved the paint, seats and the all wheel drive. Since it was a certified Lexus Brent told me if I had any problems let him know. Apparently the car had covered up paint problems when I purchased it. Brent and I both saw no problems with paint when I purchased it. I am sure that Stevinson Lexus was unaware of the paint problems. I think whoever had originally leased the vehicle patched it before turning it back in. About a month later when the paint problems showed up I called Brent and he said bring it down and they would take care of it. They took care of it no hassles, no questions and loaned me a car for a week which was a big deal since I lived in Casper, Wyoming, 300 miles away. Brent never pressured me to buy to the 2009 Lexus or any other vehicle, no bull, no xx, just honesty. I looked for a used Cadillac CTS at other dealers on my way down and was tired of their xx. Dealing with Brent Turner at Stevinson Lexus was a breath of fresh air. I cannot afford to purchase a new Lexus, but with the certified Lexus warranty being as good as many new car warranties, it is a great car for the price. My wife and I have both agree that our next vehicle purchase will be a certified Lexus from Brent Turner at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood Colorado. More

I went to Stevinson to buy a used vehicle, and Brent showed me several that were in the range of what I could I afford. I finally settled on a 2003 Lexus ES300, and Brent helped me finalize the deal so that everyone was satisfied. The car is beautiful and in pristine condition. I was shown the Car Fax, the maintenance records, and felt very comfortable with my purchase. I was never pressured into making a purchase, and I felt more like a team working with Brent than a customer/salesman. I loved doing business with Stevinson, and I believe that Brent was a major part of my satisfaction. I will continue to use this dealership for all of my maintenance work as well, and if I ever decide to purchase another vehicle, I won't shop anywhere else. More

Though I would have preferred to have resolved the matter sooner (or avoided it altogether), I'd like to compliment Steve Szekula and Don Wood on their comportment and professionalism in bringing the matter to a close. They have effectively turned around my earlier assessment of the dealership and have won over a new customer. Mike Tsuji also does an excellent job providing customer training and technical support for the vehicle and should be commended as well. More

We were in search of a very specific vehicle. We had already done our research and had an idea of a payment we could handle for the vehicle we wanted. Jerry greeted us immediately and offered my family something cold to drink. We made our way to the vehicle we were interested and took a test drive. We made Jerry aware of what our needs and wantes were with the vehicle and payment and he made it happen. The experience was delightful, our kids were entertained while we filled out paperwork and Jerry kept us informed every step of the way. This is the third Lexus I have purchased from Rob Denniston at Stevinson Lexus, which in itself makes a statement about Rob. I have been buying new cars for 1976 and have never been so pleased with a salesman. Rob epitomizes customer service. Each experience gets better. This one started with a service call for an incident with our 2011 lexus that had wavered our confidence in Lexus. He reassured me that Lexus and Stevinson are truly customer focused. Rob was able to put together a deal for a 2012 model that was impossible to resist. He is very stright forward and aware of the value of your time. As I previously said, this is the third new car I have purchased from him and wherever he goes, I go. Handling the financial details was Derek Puckett, this was my first opportunity to work with him. Like Rob, stright forward, didn't waste my time with additional services and was efficient, obviously knew his business and got it done. A new feature to this experience was MIke. The dedication of a representative to do the customer orientation with their new purchase is a big plus to the whole sales experience. Mike also didn't waste my time with things I already knew and gave me what I needed and did a fine job of that. I could not be happier with Stevinson Lexus. More
