The service department rarely answers the phone. I had made an appointment for a recall which the dealership had told me that I would receive a call in March when the part was available. No one eve I had made an appointment for a recall which the dealership had told me that I would receive a call in March when the part was available. No one ever called me back. I finally called an got an appointment and the service department could not tell me how long the a would take. I have given up on even trying to call because they rarely answer the phone. The LX I picked up had some very minor damage. I probably could have lived with it but it has been 20 days and I still have not received the money for my trade in. Dalton was efficient and explained everything very well. There is a lack of a decent coffee machine that’s in most dealerships (lattes etc) which helps when your there for 3-4 hours. This dealership is good when you are buying. They used to be good with service as well, however, I bought my second car from them in September. I am due for a complimentary service. I have left messages with an AI recording 3 times and messages with sometime who worked in service and also an operator and it’s been over a week and have not had a call back. Apparently ours only important when you are buying something. Very frustrated. Will not buy here again More
