Good Lord Have Mercy Everyone, you’ll want to read. I contacted this dealership 4 weeks ago for a used 2006 Toyota Tundra. The asking Price was $11,500. Once I got videos of the truck I fell in Lo I contacted this dealership 4 weeks ago for a used 2006 Toyota Tundra. The asking Price was $11,500. Once I got videos of the truck I fell in Love. The Saleslady Bri was a Delight. She was so helpful with me being out of state. Getting me everything I asked for. I knew this was the one. I was searching for a while. I’m a first Gen Toyota Tundra Fanatic. I’ve had many. So I know what I’m Looking for. The Dealership said I had to agree to their price, Their transportation for the delivery, plus rules. I said I was okay with that, no problem. Mind you I’m paying cash. I verify my social security number. Drivers license, pay stubs for employment. Information pertaining to my income. They even send a NOTARY to my house. Verify who I am, EVERYTHING. Then 4 weeks later when I’m waiting to pay I get a phone call from the GENERAL MANAGER AT 8:15pm my time. He starts asking me weird questions like if you were in your downtown area. How would you describe getting back to your house? I have no idea direction wise what north, or south is to get to my house. I don’t know sir just know how to get to my house?So I asked him why are you asking me these questions? This makes no sense, he starts getting an attitude with me and telling me that he’s been doing this job for 5 to 6 years and he’s never had anyone who was buying a vehicle out of state question why he’s asking questions on how someone who lives in their house would know how to get to their house from the town they live in. You know what that was all I needed to hear because that guy is STRAIGHT UP KOOK. Don’t need to waste my hard earned money with someone who’s not willing to take it. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Don’t even bother doing a lame dealership response to this either. More

The service department rarely answers the phone. I had made an appointment for a recall which the dealership had told me that I would receive a call in March when the part was available. I finally called an got an appointment and the service department could not tell me how long the a would take. I have given up on even trying to call because they rarely answer the phone. Really poor customer service. I have had to call the sales department to get ahold of the service department More

The LX I picked up had some very minor damage. I probably could have lived with it but it has been 20 days and I still have not received the money for my trade in. Dalton was efficient and explained everything very well. There is a lack of a decent coffee machine that’s in most dealerships (lattes etc) which helps when your there for 3-4 hours. This dealership is good when you are buying. They used to be good with service as well, however, I bought my second car from them in September. I am due for a complimentary service. I have left messages with an AI recording 3 times and messages with sometime who worked in service and also an operator and it’s been over a week and have not had a call back. Apparently ours only important when you are buying something. Very frustrated. Will not buy here again More
