Great Experience At Stevinsen Lexus We were looking to lease a new SUV and had narrowed our search to three: Lexus 450h, Porche Cayenne and Mercedes Blue Tec. We bought the 450h from Pete at Stevenson Lexus and here is why. In a nutshell, the service we got from Pete, the price and follow up were fantastic. On the other hand, the customer service we got from the Porsche rep was condescending and arrogant, not to mention Porche doubles the price of the car when you add on the same options that come with the Lexus. The price of the Porsche shot up from a "come-on" base price of about $59,000 to over $100,000 if you wanted leather interior. Really! The Porsche had a nice ride but poor instrument panel and difficult to see out the back window. Customer service did not help there either!. Now for the Mercedes. No way. We too our 550SL for service to fix the trunk latch to Westminster Mercedes and asked for a Blue Tec loaner to compare. What a nightmare. Nine months ago we the same dealership charged us $1,600 to replace the lock. The lock did not last so we took it back. The part was still under warranty. But........they claimed it was a new problem. This time, another quote for $1,600 (which they did reduce by $200) to fix the "vacuum" system. They swore up and down that the problems with the trunk lock were different, even though this car has only 15,000 miles on it! It took them a week to finish the work and get us our car back. We were not even given a Blue Tec; instead they gave us a crappy GLK, which was a huge NO. Never again for Westminster Mercedes and never again for a Mercedes Benz because they did not stand behind their product. Now for Pete at Stevinson Lexus. What a huge difference in service, pricing and the vehicle we bought. When they learned we were not going to trade in our old car and giving it to our kids, they offered to do some service work on the old car for a nice discount. They did not have to do that. They had a technician spend over an hour with us going over all the electronics on the 450h, which is a fantastic car by the way. It has plenty of zip and power. The Porsche may have had a little more soup, but not appreciably so and certainly not enough to justify a $50K price bump! The Mercedes GLK was a dog in our opinion. Who knows about the Blue Tec, but we don't recommend risking the way Mercedes treats you when you pay huge dollars for their cars. If you want a nice car, a very good price and great customer service, go see Pete at Stevenson Lexus. More

I knew that I wanted either a Merceses Benz or a Lexus, but I was leaning more to the Lexus family. My daughter and son- in- law had recently dealt with Jessee and they were pleased with him, so they referred me to him. Jesse showed us several cars and we test drove a few that day. I finally decided that the Lexus GS 300 silver vehicle was the car I wanted. I appreciate the fact that Jesse was not a high pressured sales person. He seemed to have a genuine concern and desire to see me in the car that I wanted, and that was right for me. He explained the specs and certifications about the cars we looked at. He was very patient and you get a good feeling that he is not just trying to sell you a car, give you a free hot dog and coca cola, and send you home. :) Thank you Jessee, for all your help in helping me find a car that I really love. When we got to Denver we went directly to Stevinson Lexus. We arrived on a Saturday morning without an appointment and Larry took charge of the situation immediately. The problem was diagnosed, the defective part replaced (under warranty), and the car returned to us washed and detailed inside and out in about 90 minutes. The treatment we received from Larry was great. We have no hesitation recommending the service department at Stevinson Lexus to other Lexus owners. More

After visiting a different local Lexus dealer, I was given the run around with pricing and the trade in. I called Stevinson, spoke with Derek, and expressed my specific needs with both the new purchase and the trade in. Most everything was done on the phone since I live about 50 miles away. Once there, I was introduced to Michael Tsuji, Sales Consultant, who was so knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the model right for me. I would recommend Stevinson Lexus because they reassured me before I drove 50 miles to their dealership and they did what they said they were going to do. So far, Michael has shown impeccable professionalism and customer service ensuring that I am happy in my new Lexus. More

Stevinson Lexus - Service Department - Paul Genest I bought my first Lexus from Stevinson Lexus back in 1996. In all these years I can't think of a bad experience with anyone. Most recently I brought my 1995 ES300 in for it's 150,000 mile checkup! I was fortunate to once again get a great service person - Paul Genest. Paul has assisted me in the past! He is very knowledgeable and forthright when asking him questions. Most importantly I feel he's honest and I trust his opinions. As I'm a female and the only one who takes care of my cars (also own a RX400) it's important to me to find people who I trust. Whenever I contact Paul with questions he is always very speedy to respond - even if he has to call me back I don't have to wait long! Another feature I like about this dealership. I'm in sales and work a lot. When my cars are being serviced I can bring my laptop in and work as long as I need to. It's a quiet environment and they always have some sort of tempting treat that I have a hard time saying no to! Without a doubt Stevinson is a dealership I would highly recommend! More

What did I think of my experience with Stevinson Lexus? PHENOMENAL!! Pete Souvall was the sales rep I worked with through the entire process and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the transaction. Additionally, I had the pleasure of finalizing the deal with Dan Lather, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager. Both of these gentlemen were all-around top-notch. And while there customer service was excellent, that was just the beginning. After I purchased the 2013 WRX STi in their inventory "as-is", it threw a Check Engine Light on the drive home. For a little background, the WRX STi has been my dream car for over a decade and to have my initial drive home met with a CEL was very uncomfortable for me, to say the least. I didn't want my dream car to turn into a nightmare. I immediately informed Pete Souvall and Dan Lather of this and they offered to REIMBURSE me for the diagnostic expenses to find out what was going on with the car!! That is running your business with INTEGRITY. In the business climate and economy that we have been in the last several years, margins are tight for everyone. It is truly exceptional to see a dealership that backs up their product when it is not beneficial to their bottom line, especially when technically and legally they were not required to do anything. This speaks volumes not just about the driving motivation of Dan and Pete, but about the ethical climate created by senior leadership at Stevinson Lexus. I found my used Lexus ES 330 by way of the USAA automobile location service. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when we arrived at Stevinson, but I was pleased beyond words when I saw the car, and automobile location service. Don addressed every concern I had about the car, took me on a test drive and shepherded me through the easiest purchase of a car I've ever experienced. He was honest, forthright, easy to talk to, took me seriously (I am a woman - I've had some pretty awful patronizing experiences) and expedited the completion of the sale. I love my car and I'm a big fan of the Stevinson Lexus dealership! More
