The check engine light came on while driving so I had my car towed to the dealership with no service appointment made in advance. This was on a Friday afternoon. I was immediately given a new loaner to driv car towed to the dealership with no service appointment made in advance. This was on a Friday afternoon. I was immediately given a new loaner to drive at no charge (hooray) while my car was being repaired.
