She was blown away with his professionalism and willingness to help her find a new SUV. Other dealerships should mimic your way of operating, which would grantee their success. The high level of customer service you provide, is unfortunately hard to find nowadays. I'm sure everyone that works for Stevinson is great, but make sure you don't lose Mike Burgmaier, Derek Puckett, or Pete Souvall, they all made our purchase of our new Lexus incredible.
