Great Experience!! David Corsivo did a very good job working with us on a new GX460. We were going to purchase a used one elsewhere but he was able to make the deal work David Corsivo did a very good job working with us on a new GX460. We were going to purchase a used one elsewhere but he was able to make the deal work for a new one instead. I highly recommend this team as they were very professional and made the process very painless. Truly lived up to all the commitments made along the way. Second Lexus purchased here and will definitely be back down the road. Probably won't need a new one for many years however. More

Light bulb change They charged me $70 (shop and labor and parts), to insert a new headlight bulb which I already had purchased from a local parts store. Talk about gou They charged me $70 (shop and labor and parts), to insert a new headlight bulb which I already had purchased from a local parts store. Talk about gouging your customers. It's redicuous. My issue is with price only, Amber was very nice to work with, and the service department was quick to fit me in, so 2 star rating is at least deserved. Since I was limited on time and water was still on the roads I couldn't leave it for another day with the housing open, i had no choice but to have it done at the dealership. As an older model Lexus owner to another, ask a mechanic before you try this dealership. More
