I went to another Lexus dealership and determined quickly that we would work with Stevinson. Their “fixed” pricing policy did not seem like it would result in the best price. Questions I asked took over a week to receive feedback from the one Salesman I had contact with. I went back a second time to show the LC 500 they had in the showroom. I thought the woman at the information desk when we walked in was condescending and rude. John Ambrose was very responsive to my questions and very quickly found the features, color and interior we desired. No typical Car Salesman traits. Just professional and business-like. I negociatated the deal with him and the Sales Manager who was great to work with as well. We love the car. The fuel pump recall was a disappointment, but the dealership and John got it resolved. The first one was a 2017 NX200 tur The 5 star rating is due to John Ambrose and April Floyd. My wife and I purchased two vehicles from John Ambrose. The first one was a 2017 NX200 turbo. The second was a used 2008 RX350. The new car was leased and John made the purchase process as easy as possible. They earned their "money," however, with the used car because John and April went the extra "100 miles" to make sure everything was right. Three problems happened . First, the day I drive the car out of the lot the battery died in my drive way. I called and April said being it over. She replaced the battery in 15 minutes. Secondly, the radio shut down. It came back up and shut down the next day. They told me to bring it in right away and the Shop Foreman would take a look. They ended up replacing the battery cables at their expense believing they were old and somehow causing a short. No issue since. Third, within a week of driving the car out of the lot, the oil coolant line broke and oil was leaked all over our garage and driveway. The car was towed and they provided a loaner for about two weeks while waiting for the part to arrive. Once this was fixed, we have not experienced any problems. John texts me every once in a while just to check in. I couldn't ask for a better relationship. More
