There were a couple of things I had not been able to utilize on my prior cars, but Mike sat with me and made sure that I understood and figured out how to work. His thorough knowledge of the vehicles led to instant answers to any questions, and his advice was invaluable. His role in the closing was concise and efficient, and the vehicle was beautifully prepared for delivery. The day we were to take the vehicle home it was raining. We asked to wait a day to keep the car beautiful. Michael cheerfully agreed, made the arrangements, and was there the following day for the delivery and tutorial. We found out later that this was his day off... During the course of gathering information Michael discovered that we were neighbors. This led to Michael offering to come to my home if needed, for personalized follow-up to address any issue that might arise. He also provided both voicemail and email instructions for programming the garage door opener, instructions so straightforward that I was able to effortlessly accomplish the task.
