I contacted Steve Summer of what had happen & informed him that I was looking to replace the car with the same price point as pervious purchases in Aug. This was my 4th purchase from Stevinson & 2nd from Steve. I must say Steve went the extra miles to drive the car to our home, as I was recovering from surgery. We made a decision to buy the car, Steve drove all the paperwork back to us to solidify the deal. Fantastic Purchase Experience and Post Purchase Service I had originally planned on purchasing a Toyota 4Runner, and remembered that Lexus had a similar sized model with better options and equipment. He respected our time and busy schedule. Mike is a literal expert on all things Lexus. He is so enthusiastic about the brand, and make me a big fan as well. Every time we come into this dealership we are greeted with kindness, and humility. We have never been pressured into purchasing something that isn’t right for us at the time. Personally, this was my first Lexus, and first dealership purchase. I will be retururning to this branch for any of my future needs. I called to speak with a sales associate about a model I was researching online. I was transferred to Michael Tsuji who immediately went out to ensure the vehicle was on the lot and that it was in good condition. I came in and met with Michael, later that evening I purchased that vehicle. He was kind enough to stay with me throughout the entire purchase as well as answering any and all of my questions. He was very considerate, kind and funny. He made the entire process much more enjoyable and has won my business as well as my families for any future purchases. Finally, I worked with Pete Souvall in financing. He was very honest with me about all of the options I had. He did not pressure me into purchasing any thing extra that I did not need.
