Then, when I asked to have snow tires put on the vehicle, he told me that snow tires are not available in the summer and I would have to wait until October or November; simply not true. Begrudgingly, I drove the car off the lot with tires I never even wanted to begin with. Funny enough, during my first week owning the car, I noticed the sidewall of one of the tires was damaged. The dealership could not confirm whether or not the tire was damaged at the time of purchase, but rather then work with me to reach a reasonable resolution, sales manager Derek Puckett offered to replace the tire but only in exchange for a five star Google review. Stevinson Lexus doesn’t hesitate to employ unscrupulous business practices to scam members of the Front Range community. If I could do it over again, I wouldn’t buy from Stevinson Lexus and I certainly will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
