Thrilled we stopped by this dealership I had a wonderful experience with Mike. Mike understood our goals and rather than playing the traditional game of negotiating to buy a car (or at least what I expected of this process), Mike returned with a few fair breakdowns and we were able to reach agreement relatively quickly. We were permitted to drive the car on our own, so that my husband and I could have private discussions and an unpressured final review of the vehicle. As a final touch, Mike put a bow on the car! I never thought that I wanted/needed that but he was so excited that it made us so excited! We took photos with the car and were able to share the moment with family and friends. Since the purchase, Mike’s friendly and helpful demeanor have continued with calls and texts to set up some initial detailing work. I am thrilled that we stopped in that morning and that Mike greeted us. I hope to continue working with Mike well into the future. More
