Poor ethics, bad attitude by salesman named Harrison Beware of this dealership if you have to work with "Harrison". I called with some questions about buying a Lexus and got a very mean spirited and cond Beware of this dealership if you have to work with "Harrison". I called with some questions about buying a Lexus and got a very mean spirited and condescending man named “Harrison” I explained to him that I was working with someone else but wanted to work with a different sales person because the one I was working with was too busy and Harrison rudely says to me “what? You need to buy a car right this second”? He kept trying to get me off the phone and did not want to help me at all. He would ignore what I was saying and redirect the conversation and say “give me your number and let me have your salesperson call you back” even after I kept telling him I didn’t want to work with that sales person anymore. I asked to speak to someone else and he refused to get me a different person, he just kept asking for my number to have someone call me back. I had to actually hang up on him and call back to talk to someone else, but by this point I have completely lost interest in doing business with this dealership. I did feel discriminated against by Harrison because I’m a woman. Their loss, I had my loan ready to go & everything all I needed to do was pick out my new Lexus. But the way I was treated by “Harrison” was red flag enough to know it’s not going to be a good experience buying a car here. I do know there are other Lexus dealers I can go to. I refuse to let a car salesman treat me like that! More
