I spoke with the sales rep Scott last night about a specific car I was interested in, he said it was available. I drove almost 90 minutes to get to the dealership only to be told it had been sold the n specific car I was interested in, he said it was available. I drove almost 90 minutes to get to the dealership only to be told it had been sold the night before. I asked Scott why he didn't let me know and all he said, was, "I did call you at 8:00 pm, but you didn't answer." I told him I don't answer numbers I don't recognize but it would have been kind/courteous/professional to have left a message. He never apologized or took any responsibility. Thank goodness for Mike, Dalton and Jerry, very helpful and kind folks. I didn't end up buying a car from there, but I would advise not dealing with Scott. More

Gonzalo was a tremendous help. We were under some pressure because our lease (NX350) had come up unexpectedly and it was our only car. Gonzalo worked with us over two days to get the right electronics and the hybrid we were looking for. His saying that "I'm here for you" was very reassuring though out the process.
