Excellent Experience at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood We scheduled an appointment with Steve Sumner...he was on time and prepared for our visit when we arrived. We told him we were interested in the Lexus RX 350 and would like him to explain why this would or would not be a good car for us. Steve did an excelent job doing exactly as we asked and did so professionally with a bit of added humor to lighten up the process. We test drove a 2019 and a 2018 and liked both. Steve was able to provide an excellent side by side comparison of the two vehicles as to accessories, warranties and price to help us make a decision between the two. We purchased the 2018 at which time Steve had the car detailed and resolved the only two concerns we had with the car. We then met with Jessica to complete the paperwork process; she was very professional, knowledgable and fun. We certailly will return to Stevinson when we have other car purchase opportunities and will be looking forwad to meeting with Steve and Jessica again. The entire proces was most pleasent and without stress except for me making the final decision between the 2019 and 2018. More
