Lucky for me Mike Burgmaier answered the phone, and I must say that for all of the cars I have purchased over that last 50 years, Mike was by far the most personable, conscientious, knowledgeable, and courteous salesman I have had the pleasure to encounter. There was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE (real or perceived). As a matter of fact, he was as excited about selling us this car as we were buying it! And when it came to finance our GX 460, Mike's professionalism was only outdone by our experience with Pete Souvall. What a crew!
