Outstanding customer service from both the Sales managers (Andrew, Mike) and the Financial manager (Jessica). If we'd buy a car it would be at Stevinson and we'd happily work with Steve Sumner on the purchase. Steve was an excellent person to work with in getting to know the RX-450h. We were looking for pre-owned, and when one became available he called us immediately. It's a great car, but as I explained, in our thinking we decided not to purchase another car, instead opting to give our second car to a friend and become a one-car household. Thank you for helping us get to know the excellent Lexus brand. Should we need a car going forward, I'd definitely call Steve. He really knew his stuff and answered all of our questions. I am an 81 year old widow who never had to deal with vehicle servicing, etc.. After my husband died, I brought my vehicle in for service and Amber was my service person ( my original person moved). She vehicle servicing, etc.. After my husband died, I brought my vehicle in for service and Amber was my service person ( my original person moved). She has made my maintenance appointments and ‘drive in’ questions so easy. I’m so happy she became the assistant service manager but I miss having her personal attention.
