Also, the professionalism from Stephen, in Finance, to the Parts Department where I purchased new floor mats for my new Lexus. Finally the GM introducing himself and making sure my experience with Stevinson Lexus was second to none. We were looking for a 2016 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, which are rather difficult to find. Within about 4 days, Mike contacted me to let me know someone brought one in on a trade! Mike worked tirelessly to accommodate our schedule We like to be low-maintenance people, but we were high needs on this purchase. We were supposed to pick up the car on Tuesday, but then had to get it by Monday. The car also needed a new tire, so Mike took care of that, (which is it's own big effort as he actually picked it up, etc.,) then my ride to pick up the car fell through on Monday, so Mike delivered it in person. That is a big wow. He has sold us previous cars, and has also sold cars to my mom, always with the excellent customer service and thorough knowledge of the cars. The rest of the team was great. On a whim we decided to stop in and take a look at a Lexus. We were in the market for a Subaru or Toyota, but also looked at Hondas. When we pulled in we were almost immediately approached by a nice guy named Hop. We saw him running over from the dealership and just wanted to make sure we were being helped. We actually had no interest in driving one, but after talking with him we decided to take a test drive. The test drive went so well and after talking with Hop we decide to correspond with him that night and the next day. After a little back and forth we made the decision to work with Hop and buy a Lexus and we are glad we did. He went above and beyond, really. He even helped us on his own time installing a roof rack. Go in and see Hop, you won't be disaapointed. More

Outstanding customer service from both the Sales managers (Andrew, Mike) and the Financial manager (Jessica). They were all very professional and courteous and especially patient while I made up my mind, and (Andrew, Mike) and the Financial manager (Jessica).
