We love Doug! He is the only reason we did business with Lexus of Lakewood. I am a female and had done my homework on what kind of a vehicle I wanted. The other Lexus dealership lied to me about the price so we went to Lexus in Lakewood and were treated to the best customer service we could have hoped for. Doug Miner answered every question and then some. We loved Doug and his approach and great care. We would only purchase from him again. I had been looking for a new or certified pre-owned Lexus SUV (low mileage) for a year. I previously bought a new Lexus from Stevinson in Golden and was happy with it. I went to the dealership in Frederick SUV (low mileage) for a year. I previously bought a new Lexus from Stevinson in Golden and was happy with it. I went to the dealership in Frederick this time because it is closer to my house, but did not like the salesman at all - he was pushy and critical of information I found on the internet. I went back to Stevinson in Golden and Brent Turner was much nicer to work with. I bought a pre-owned car that day - 1 year old. Brent has been good about staying in touch and getting the car in tip top shape. The service is good there, drive up to the service dept and someone comes out to greet you and while you wait, enjoy the free treats (well, you did buy a Lexus). They give you a loaner car and it's a nice Lexus. Good idea to comparison shop on the internet and find a few vehicles from different dealers so you can ask Stevinson to meet the best price. Ask for Brent Turner and tell him Susan recommended him (I am not paid for this !!) More

I have purchased 2 cars from Mike in the past 3 years and the experience has been very pleasant. Buying a new car can be very stressful and even miserable. Mike has always followed up after the purchase at least 4 times a year to make sure all my expectations are being met by the service department and other personnel at the dealership. I bought my first Lexus 3 years ago and when it became time to buy my wife a car ( our first used car), I contacted Mike by phone and told him what I was looking to accomplish. He called me later and had quite a few cars (SUVs) picked out for us to look at. We spent almost an entire afternoon trying various models and by listening carfeully to my wife, Mike found the perfect Lexus GX470 for her. I really appreciate how Stevinson operates and especially the fact their Salesmen are not paid commission but salary with bonus based on customer satisfaction. I believe this enables the Salesman to always look after the customer's interests and desires first and helps build a long term relationship.
