The Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I was headed from our home in Keystone, Colorado to the Denver airport t Department at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood. I made a quick stop at Whole Foods to pick up my fresh turkey and when I came out to my car, I had a flat tire. I drove the couple of blocks to Stevinson Lexus, and dashed into the service office in a state that could only be described as 'panic'. Keith was very good at calming me down and since I had ruined the tire, he had me on my way in a loaner car and I made it to the airport in time!
