As a long standing customer here at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood, Co., I am never disappointed. What keeps me coming back over the years, is the customer service and TLC I receive once I walk through the door. What Stevinson Lexus understands, that many other dealerships do not, (believe me, I know from experience), is that the sale is important, but the service after the sale is more important. Here, the staff is always courteous and friendly. When I walk through the door here, I feel like I am home. Today, I purchased a used car from Brent Turner, whom I put through "he'll" with lots of visits and tons of phone calls. He always took my call, even if he had a customer, to assuage my concerns and answer questions. Even when I found a vehicle at another Stevinson dealer I was interested in, he understood and told me that my happiness was paramount to his making the sale. In the end, I purchased a vehicle from him. He always made me feel like I was number one, and didn't make a peep when I tortured him with my test driving. He is a real gentleman, and I would definitely purchase a car from him again. Before closing, I would like to give kudos to the manager, Steve Szekula. He is a fine example of someone who understands people, their needs, and how to put and keep together a very professional and friendly staff. Moral here seems very high. My husband and I had been looking for a particular car for several months and had looked and driven this model car at a different dealership. The minute that we met Shelby, I had a feeling that we were going to be buying a car that night. She was so personable and honest. Then of course, the car was exactly what we were looking for and it was immaculate! She was able to negotiate our trade and selling price without all of that crazy going back and forth nonsense.
