My husband and I had been looking for a particular car for several months and had looked and driven this model car at a different dealership. The minute that we met Shelby, I had a feeling that we were going to be buying a car that night. She was so personable and honest. Then of course, the car was exactly what we were looking for and it was immaculate! She was able to negotiate our trade and selling price without all of that crazy going back and forth nonsense. Doug Miner is absolutely wonderful to work with.
