My fiancé and I bought a 2003 LX 470 from Mike at Stevinson and could not be happier. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at and not pushy at all. I made a trip to Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood because I was in the market for a GX470. I was skeptical because I was not sure what the salesperson, dealership, or the car would be like. Now I am happy to was in the market for a GX470. I was skeptical because I was not sure what the salesperson, dealership, or the car would be like. Now I am happy to report that it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. My first trip was just to look at the various vehicles. I explained to our salesperson Mike the specs (including price range) for the vehicle I wanted. He was good about staying in touch and a week later he called me to come look at a nice GX470 that had recently been traded. The entire process was painless and without pressure. Mike must have done his homework because he gave me a full history of the vehicle and then I got to take it for a test drive. After all my questions were answered we sat down to discuss the purchase. The car was provided to me in great shape. Mike also kept his promise to get some items that I had requested during the test drive. I really appreciate Mike’s honesty, follow through, experience and great customer service. I just want everyone to know that if you are planning on purchasing a Lexus or any vehicle, it would be in your best interest to talk to Mike Burgmaier. More
I gave Stevison Lexus all 5 stars in large part as a reflection of the job that Graig Bluhm did as my Salesperson. Craig is one of the best Salespeople I've had in any business. Craig was extrenely helpful in the purchasing and negotiating of my Lexus IS 350. What I particularly liked was his openness and friendliness,it was like working with an old friend. The best part about it was that Craig was very genuine. Being a former salesperson myself, with a stint in autmotive sales, I felt that the entire dealership was sincere in working with and helping the customer. The dealership, I'm happy to stay, is full of sincere people and truly interested in my satisfaction; that I got a fair deal and a deal I was comfortable with. Craig was particularly genuine and interested in getting a car and price point I was comfortable with. Too often companies are only inerested in getting as much money as they can for a car, without an interest in the long term relatioinship with the customer. The dealership and my salesperson were able to make things happen, even with a very dificult situation that I found myself in before I walked in the front door that I'll keep to myself, but was not tied in to my credit. There were no see the Manager games or other games, and I found myself comforable almost as soon as I walked in the front door. As per reputation the lexus is a fine car. Craig was easy to each before and after the Sale, always answering his phone right away, without days of phone tag. I'm a "car person" and too mny im I feelthatI kno more thsan my salesperson. Whoever hired anice and knowledgeable like Craig did a great job in finding this kind and knowledgeable Salesperson! More

On the way to finalize the purchase I stopped by to talk to Mike Burgmaier because we had purchased my husband's Lexus LX470 from him. Because of Mike's extremely valuable knowledge of the various cars I had looked at, I was able to make a confident decision to buy from him. I left that night with a great looking RX330. I never felt pressured by him. He makes you feel like he is working for your best interest. I felt he was providing me with facts I needed and the service I appreciated. I had already made up my mind on the other car and he changed my thinking because of the trust I felt with his knowledge and superior customer service. CHowlin More
This is my second time purchasing a vehicle at Stevinson and they exceeded all my expectations from a dealership. I had a trade and wanted to purchase a used vehicle there. This is the second car we have purchased from Mike Bergmaier. They don't come any nicer than Mike. He always remembers who we are.
