My wife and I were out looking for a new car and stopped into Stevinson, where we had bought several other cars in the past. Shelby was absolutely fantastic to work with and we ended up purchasing a certifi into Stevinson, where we had bought several other cars in the past. Shelby was absolutely fantastic to work with and we ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned Lexus RX 350, something we didn't even consider when we first walked in. Between Shelby and Bob in financing, this was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. To top it off, we had the windows tinted and when I went to pick up the car Shelby noticed 2 small scatches on the driver's side window that was not there when we test drove the car. Needless to say, she immediately brought it to the sales manager's attention and they didn't hesitate to replace and re-tint the window. Since we bought the car, Shelby has followed up with us several times and even arranged for us to attend an upcoming Lexus new car class that Stevinson puts on. I will recommend Stevinson and especially Shelby to all of my friends and family. More

First let me say Mr. Turner was an out standing sales consultant. I can see why he is Master Certified. As you know Stevinson was having a sale on interest rates, and it just so happened that my Credit Union was also having a sale on rates. They would match anyone ones rates. so my goal was to get the best rate possible as I have done this in the past and my Credit Union matched their rate even with a low credit score. My credit score is a low due to the fact that I have 4 car loans for my sons that are in school. but I did this before and knew it would work again. All I needed to do was have something from Stevinson saying you were have a rate sale. Not once did I ask for anyone to sign anything. All I needed was a flyer or something. Brent talked to one of the Finance Managers and they said not a problem to come in and get a price sheet. When we got their we were turned down because your Finance Director Derek Pckett said you couldn't provide this as it would hold you responsible. and this was fraud ? Again I never asked for anything to be signed. I took a flyer showing the rates and ask to have the buyers order faxed over to my Credit Union so they could tell me what my rate was going to be and my payment. It was brought to my attention that thier was a lot of options added to the buyers order like a Bra, Gap Insurance and so on. My credit union called me and said I was approved. I called Brent and said get my car ready I was coming to get it. and that my credit Union would be faxing over the letter of credit. Brent said come on in and pick up your car. When we got their I was informed that I had to fill out some papers to take the car. Now understand I have already been approved by my credit union. so I said fine I just want my car. When we sat down with Mr. Puckett. I said why am I having to sign paper when in fact I have already been approved. He's response was "do you have a check in hand, if not then I need to hold you responsible if you can't secure credit. Hello!!! I was alredy approved. He went on to push the Bra and Gap insurance that he had already added to the first buyers order. I refused it and he had to type up the new papers. not once did he say anything about already adding them to the first buyers order. I signed the papers only because I did not want to have to come back again for the 4th time. and I wanted my car. Now I understand that most people that come in and buy your high end cars have cash or a ton of money so they don't care what they pay for a car or what the add ons are. but their are people like my self that save and are on a budget and have a limit to what they can afford. But we should not be treated like we are trying to rip you off or doing fraud. If you look at my credit I have never lost anying nor do I plan to. In the past several years I have delt with seveal dealers and was never treated like I was at Stevinson's. I will be buying cars in the future but will never return to Stevinson and buy the way. I did get the rate I wanted. Again this in not directed to your sales consultants. They are great and if they ever move to another dealer I give them my business. More

We were looking for a luxury mid sized SUV and decided to look at the RX450h, the Acura MDX, the Mercedes ML350 and the GMC Acadia Denali. We ultimately chose the RX450h primarily due to Mike Burgmaier's detailed knowledge of the vehicle. His ability to show us all of the benefits of this vehicle were the driving factor in our decision. He was very friendly and patient. As a woman, I was particularly impressed with his respect for me and my part in the decision making process. When we purchased the vehicle, Bob Ballard was very efficient and made the large amount of paperwork go by very quickly. He also was very good at explaining the warranty package. When deciding whether or not to purchase additional coverage, he drew a very simple time line which helped us make our decision. All in all, we had an excellent experience in purchasing a car from this dealership and we would highly recommend it. More

First of all, the price for this slightly used car was lower than any competing dealership. The first call to Craig confirmed that Craig Bluhm and Lexus wanted me as a customer. The negotiation on price for my trade in and purchase price of car happened in 10 minutes from start to finish; it was stunning! Craig saved the car for me on a handshake. The papers were ready for me to sign. The financing process was 15 minutes or less from start to finish. The manager of the whole dealership stopped by to introduce himself and be available for anything I might need. In fact he followed me out the door to say how much he appreciated my business! Craig Bluhm treated me as the most important customer In his life throughout the transaction. Yes the people at Stevinson Lexus are extraordinary! I imagine you will have the same great experience.
