We bought a Lexus ES 350 in 2010 from Mo. He is friendly and works with you. The car has been serviced twice for the 5k and 10k service interval. I love the courtesy breakfast of fresh fruit, rolls and several choices of fresh coffee. The quiet ambiance is also conducive to getting some personal laptop work or reading done. After I had the 10k service interval performed one morning, I received a card in the mail offering 15% off any 5k service that same day! I called Mo and he got the service manager to send me a check for the 15%. Not a big deal, but it sure was considerate in this day and age when I am so used to being stiffed. More
