What Stevinson Lexus understands, that many other dealerships do not, (believe me, I know from experience), is that the sale is important, but the service after the sale is more important. Today, I purchased a used car from Brent Turner, whom I put through "he'll" with lots of visits and tons of phone calls. He always took my call, even if he had a customer, to assuage my concerns and answer questions. Even when I found a vehicle at another Stevinson dealer I was interested in, he understood and told me that my happiness was paramount to his making the sale. In the end, I purchased a vehicle from him. He always made me feel like I was number one, and didn't make a peep when I tortured him with my test driving. This is a very belated thank you to the wonderful Service Department at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood. The Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I was headed from our home in Keystone, Colorado to the Denver airport t Department at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood. The Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I was headed from our home in Keystone, Colorado to the Denver airport to pick up our daughter and her family. I made a quick stop at Whole Foods to pick up my fresh turkey and when I came out to my car, I had a flat tire. I drove the couple of blocks to Stevinson Lexus, and dashed into the service office in a state that could only be described as 'panic'. Keith was very good at calming me down and since I had ruined the tire, he had me on my way in a loaner car and I made it to the airport in time! Lexus is the best car that money can buy. Part of the reason that is the case is because of their level of customer service. I'm in a high touch customer service business and realized that there are few reason that is the case is because of their level of customer service.
