WOW - Where do I begin. What an amazing experience! In the past I have dreaded looking for a car. The entire process is stressful and in most situations I have felt pressured. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable. He has called me after the purchase to check in with me. I didn't have time to go over all the features on my car the day I drove off the lot so Brent has kept in touch and followed up with me to ensure that I know everything I need to know about my vehicles features. The entire experience was more than pleasant the whole way through from working with Brent, to financing all the way to detailing. Everyone was extremely friendly (seemed to care about me personally) and best of all they were able to get me an amazing price on my new car. It was a bit more of a learning curve than my last RX, but Tony demonstrated how to use all of the controls on the dashboard and helped me set up my bluetooth and address book from my iPhone. Very knowledgable about the Lexus overall, and accompanied my on my first drive with it. Your Service Department is always so helpful in getting me a loaner when I come if for a checkup. My car is always cleaned and ready to go when it is promised. Your Service Personal go out of their way to make your visit quick, and get you on your way. I've never had to return my vehicle for further work when I have had it serviced. It has always come out of your dealership working properly. My husband and I have known Gary Radeke for several years and he is always available to talk about "Lexus" with us. My brother purchased a Lexus 400RX from him and loves the car. We are happy to recommend your dealership to our friends and family, because we have never been treated better in any other dealership we have been to. More

I haven't bought a car from a dealership in 25 years, usually avoid them like the plague. I went to Stevinson Lexus because through my research I had decided I wanted to buy a Lexus but didn't know which usually avoid them like the plague. I went to Stevinson Lexus because through my research I had decided I wanted to buy a Lexus but didn't know which model and a dealershp allowed me to see all the models in one place. From the outset Brent Turner was gracious and low key. He helped me see the differences between the models I was interested in without any pressure. When I told him my husband was ill and I wouldn't make a final decision until he was feeling better, there was still no pressure. I was undecided between two models so he arranged for me to drive each of the models for several hours, even overnight. Brent was careful to give me all the details of the Certified Pre-owned warranty and went into what the dealership does for its' customers (all in writing). When I made the decision to buy from the dealership, Brent introduced me to several people I would be interacting with in the future. All were as friendly and low-key as Brent. I've been in business all my life and I really believe your people make your company. As far as I can see, Stevinson is extremely selective in hiring. When I picked up the car it was showroom pristine. If I had not known the year I would have thought by appearances the car was new. I was welcomed into the "Stevinson family". Obviously I went away a believer. If my experience continues on this level, Stevinson has made a customer for life. Drove it to the mountains this weekend-I love my new-to-me Lexus. I've been intending to send a card to Lexus for over five years to tell them how fantastic Reggie is. I'm sure all of the service personnel are fantastic but my husband and I both ask for Reggie every time. He knows us on sight and over the phone. He is aware of both our vehicle's histories and always delivers personalized service. I've called Reggie when my battery has died, when I've locked my keys in the car, when I couldn't get my garage door to program, when I've needed acessories ...and the list goes on and on. If I don't reach him, he ALWAYS calls me back in an hour or less which I think is amazing! Reggie has taken care of every service on our cars and he handled the replacement of my shattered sunroof which was covered by my insurance. It was SO easy and hassle-free. Once I was stranded in my newly purchased 2005 GX470 and I had my 2 year old and my newborn with me. I was close to Stevenson so I called Reggie and he sent someone to jump my battery and also to check it. We were back on our way in less than 30 minutes.....this is a story I always share with people that ask us about our vehicles. We've purchased BMW and shopped Cadillac and Audi but always end up buying the Lexus. The service at Ralph Schomp is horrendous and our salesman was fired just a month after our purchase. Cadillac refused to stay within our budget and kept calling us about cars that far exceeded what we wanted to spend. We have felt very fortunate and very satisfied to be able to work with Reggie in service and Mo in Sales year after year after year. As a Recruiter for the past 15 years, this is a clear indication that Stevenson Lexus of Lakewood offers an environment people enjoy working in as evidenced by the years of service your employees accrue. Larry Lippard, Service Consultant, is extraordinary. He has kept me informed throughout my ownership of the Lexus GS 350 AWD vehicle, which I purchased new. Other routine service is performed with excellence and is always carefully supervised. Larry also makes sure that I get an excellent, virtually new, Lexus loaner to drive, while I'm in for service.
