He was able to get an appraisal on our 2006 400h which started the wheels in motion and led to the purchase of our 2011 450h. We are very happy with our decision. However, I was even more impressed when we returned to the dealership the next week for followup. As we walked back to the car, I noticed it was clean and shiny once again. Bought a new Lexus 350ES in May. Pleased with price. Soon there after the household cat ate the shark fin antenna off the roof, and they replaced it (not covered by warranty). Living 350 miles away, we were resigned to the fact we would have to wait until November - our next trip to Denver to get it fixed. However, Tim Jolicoeur, was very persistent with the windshield insurance (they sold us) company, and now plans are being made to ship the windshield to a local glass shop for replacement.
