My wife and I first came to Stevinson 10 years ago. At that time we met Mike Burgmaier and Mike sold us our first Lexus, an RX300. My wife still has the RX. Someday we will be ready for a new car, and if it is a Lexus we will purchase it from Mike because Mike always makes us feel at home when we stop at Stevinson. He is always willing to show us the new models and has very good knowledge of the car's features, down to a very specific level. I am a car guy and Mike is always able to talk details with me. I like to do my own oil changes and the Stevinson shop has been very patient with me when it comes to discussing the specifics of Lexus maintenence. I can be a difficult customer, and the Stevinson shop has treated me with respect and patience. My wife is comfortable taking the car in for service because they always take the time to listen to her questions and explain the work that is to be performed. Today, my wife brought the RX in for service, and I stopped later. I had not seen the 2011 CT hybrid. Although the car is very new to the showroom, Mike Burgmaier was very familiar with the car and gave me an excellent run down on the CT. I am a pretty frugal car buyer and appreciate environmental advances, so was pleased to see a really nice hybrid at an affordable price. Mike has always been there to talk with me and never pressured me. I would not have bought any cars if he had. Stevenson Lexus needs to thank him for selling me the first time and for my Loyalty. Last Year Stevenson Chevrolet worked with the City of Golden to move the Super Cruise to their sales lot. I was having a car show at a local assisted living facility. The Folks come out and vote for their favorites. Well very few cars showed up because of the Stevinson show. I'm only bringing this up because if I had not appreciated Mike I would not have walked onto your lot. Another thing is that Mike has a way with people and convinced me that I was getting my money's worth. The Lexus we purchased appears to be what it should be. It's classy, tight, rides great, and has a lot of features. In fact I rode in a friends LS and there was almost the same features. He can have the bigger engine. My son is a Doctor and he is still driving the 2000 I mentioned above. I just heard on the news that if there was a nuclear explosion in the atmosphere, the fallout would make all our cars useless. I gave Stevison Lexus all 5 stars in large part as a reflection of the job that Graig Bluhm did as my Salesperson. Craig is one of the best Salespeople I've had in any business. Craig was extrenely helpful in the purchasing and negotiating of my Lexus IS 350. What I particularly liked was his openness and friendliness,it was like working with an old friend. The best part about it was that Craig was very genuine. Being a former salesperson myself, with a stint in autmotive sales, I felt that the entire dealership was sincere in working with and helping the customer. The dealership, I'm happy to stay, is full of sincere people and truly interested in my satisfaction; that I got a fair deal and a deal I was comfortable with. Craig was particularly genuine and interested in getting a car and price point I was comfortable with. Too often companies are only inerested in getting as much money as they can for a car, without an interest in the long term relatioinship with the customer. The dealership and my salesperson were able to make things happen, even with a very dificult situation that I found myself in before I walked in the front door that I'll keep to myself, but was not tied in to my credit. There were no see the Manager games or other games, and I found myself comforable almost as soon as I walked in the front door. As per reputation the lexus is a fine car. Craig was easy to each before and after the Sale, always answering his phone right away, without days of phone tag. I'm a "car person" and too mny im I feelthatI kno more thsan my salesperson. Whoever hired anice and knowledgeable like Craig did a great job in finding this kind and knowledgeable Salesperson! More

Because of Mike's extremely valuable knowledge of the various cars I had looked at, I was able to make a confident decision to buy from him. I left that night with a great looking RX330. I never felt pressured by him. He makes you feel like he is working for your best interest. I felt he was providing me with facts I needed and the service I appreciated.
