I have owned (3) Lexus ES 300 and (1) ES 350. Now for a vehicle overview...It isn't often that the hype of a vehicle measures up to the real world conditions, but, on my previous ES350 and especially on the new CT200 the reality has far surpassed the claims. My new Ct200 is actually averaging 52 MPG in eco-mode, the ride is fun and secure. The design is terrific.I can't wait to take it on a long cross country trip. The service team provides concierge treatment which allows us to get in and out with minimal disrutions to our day. It is actually more like visiting a first class hotel then it is a auto shop. The customer waiting area is better than any Starbucks and the food and drink options make any slight delay a pleasurable expereince. Once I had a flat tire on our LX 470 and Mike's road service team, true to form, came to our rescue. The courtesy roadside service was fast, effecient and extremely helpful.
