I have purchased a total of three Lexus RX ‘s in the last 6 years and must declare that every round goes higher and higher. Although I wasn’t sure that Lexus would be the make I would go with for my next purchase, I made a trip by the dealership just to see what they had in their pre-owned inventory. Unfortunately, the inventory did not have a vehicle that was a good fit at that time. After leaving the dealership, I received a call from William Gallagher who asked me if I was still in the market for a vehicle. Although I was leaning toward a Mercedes ML 350 when I received a call from Brent Turner on his DAY OFF to ask me to not make a decision until I come in and see the car they had just took into inventory, I decided that it was worth exploring. Mr. Turner convinced me that I should stick with what works! Mr. Turner went the extra mile to satisfy me by making sure all scratches and minor cosmetic issues were fully corrected. As a courtesy, I had the pleasure of driving the 2011 RX loaner vehicle (probably my next vehicle) while my new RX was being serviced. The fact that Mr. Turner checked on my satisfaction with the new vehicle after the purchase made it clear that he was more so interested in the CUSTOMER and not the SALE. It feels good to know that there are still employees who are genuine and just plain ole’ good people. AS most people fear, many car salesmen are deceitful and dishonest. That was NOT the case at Stevinson. I feel that Stevinson has acquired a great team from Mr. Gallagher management –to- Mr. Tuner sales help –to- the service department –to- me A SATIFIED CUSTOMER. WOW - Where do I begin. What an amazing experience! In the past I have dreaded looking for a car. The entire process is stressful and in most situations I have felt pressured. Doing business with Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood has been hands down the most pleasant experience I have ever had while buying a car. Brent took care of me from the minute I stepped out of my car. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable. He has called me after the purchase to check in with me. I didn't have time to go over all the features on my car the day I drove off the lot so Brent has kept in touch and followed up with me to ensure that I know everything I need to know about my vehicles features. The entire experience was more than pleasant the whole way through from working with Brent, to financing all the way to detailing. I have used Stevinson Lexus to purchase several cars in the past. I love the dealership and their professionalism. Tony Esposito was so helpful getting me started on my new purchase of a h400RX. It was a bit more of a learning curve than my last RX, but Tony demonstrated how to use all of the controls on the dashboard and helped me set up my bluetooth and address book from my iPhone. Very knowledgable about the Lexus overall, and accompanied my on my first drive with it. Your Service Department is always so helpful in getting me a loaner when I come if for a checkup. My car is always cleaned and ready to go when it is promised. Your Service Personal go out of their way to make your visit quick, and get you on your way. I've never had to return my vehicle for further work when I have had it serviced. It has always come out of your dealership working properly. My husband and I have known Gary Radeke for several years and he is always available to talk about "Lexus" with us. My brother purchased a Lexus 400RX from him and loves the car. We are happy to recommend your dealership to our friends and family, because we have never been treated better in any other dealership we have been to. More

I haven't bought a car from a dealership in 25 years, usually avoid them like the plague. I went to Stevinson Lexus because through my research I had decided I wanted to buy a Lexus but didn't know which usually avoid them like the plague. I went to Stevinson Lexus because through my research I had decided I wanted to buy a Lexus but didn't know which model and a dealershp allowed me to see all the models in one place. From the outset Brent Turner was gracious and low key. He helped me see the differences between the models I was interested in without any pressure. When I told him my husband was ill and I wouldn't make a final decision until he was feeling better, there was still no pressure. I was undecided between two models so he arranged for me to drive each of the models for several hours, even overnight. Brent was careful to give me all the details of the Certified Pre-owned warranty and went into what the dealership does for its' customers (all in writing). When I made the decision to buy from the dealership, Brent introduced me to several people I would be interacting with in the future. All were as friendly and low-key as Brent. I've been in business all my life and I really believe your people make your company. As far as I can see, Stevinson is extremely selective in hiring. When I picked up the car it was showroom pristine. If I had not known the year I would have thought by appearances the car was new. I was welcomed into the "Stevinson family". Obviously I went away a believer. If my experience continues on this level, Stevinson has made a customer for life. Drove it to the mountains this weekend-I love my new-to-me Lexus. I always recommend Stevenson Lexus to Friends, Family and Neighbors. My neighbor came and purchased a Hybrid SUV after I told her over and over how reliable the vehicles are, how they hold their value and h Neighbors. I've been intending to send a card to Lexus for over five years to tell them how fantastic Reggie is. I'm sure all of the service personnel are fantastic but my husband and I both ask for Reggie every time. He knows us on sight and over the phone. He is aware of both our vehicle's histories and always delivers personalized service. I've called Reggie when my battery has died, when I've locked my keys in the car, when I couldn't get my garage door to program, when I've needed acessories ...and the list goes on and on. If I don't reach him, he ALWAYS calls me back in an hour or less which I think is amazing! Reggie has taken care of every service on our cars and he handled the replacement of my shattered sunroof which was covered by my insurance. It was SO easy and hassle-free. Once I was stranded in my newly purchased 2005 GX470 and I had my 2 year old and my newborn with me. I was close to Stevenson so I called Reggie and he sent someone to jump my battery and also to check it. We were back on our way in less than 30 minutes.....this is a story I always share with people that ask us about our vehicles. We've purchased BMW and shopped Cadillac and Audi but always end up buying the Lexus. The service at Ralph Schomp is horrendous and our salesman was fired just a month after our purchase. Cadillac refused to stay within our budget and kept calling us about cars that far exceeded what we wanted to spend. We have felt very fortunate and very satisfied to be able to work with Reggie in service and Mo in Sales year after year after year. As a Recruiter for the past 15 years, this is a clear indication that Stevenson Lexus of Lakewood offers an environment people enjoy working in as evidenced by the years of service your employees accrue.
