I first met Brent several months ago when I was beginning the sales process. He was helpful in my initial search and didn't pressure me to 'buy today' as I've often experienced in the past. Brent let me take out several models to test drive which was a great way for me to learn more about the current product line and how they had evolved from my 2006 400H. About three weeks ago I started getting more serious about my next purchase. Since I live fairly close to Kuni Lexus I stopped by to see what was on the lot. While I have worked with this dealership in the past I couldn't help but feel I was getting a little bit of attitude from their sales staff. Maybe the fact that I was wearing shorts and sneakers didn't give off the impression I was a serious customer, I don't know. After getting contradictory, and subsequently erroneous info on delivery dates from Bill Owens at Kuni, I realized I was in the wrong dealership and got out of there soon after. Not a big surprise I never got any other feedback from these guys. Kuni could/SHOULD steal a page from how Stevinson Lexus deals with customers. After locating Brent's card, I arranged a visit on a Saturday. Learned from Brent he was delivering a car when I was coming in but made arrangements with an associate to take care of anything I needed. I was blown away that he had the GS, IS and ES lined up for me to test drive which was great. Since Stevinson is located right by 6th Avenue and I-70, it is the PERFECT place to test a car on hwy and mountain roads! Great acceleration in all the models but I ended up with the ES 350 and could not be any happier. Don't hesitate to call Brent for new or used car questions. In my opinion, the best sales guy I've had the pleasure of working with and he works for arguably the best dealership in Colorado. More
My husband and I stopped in to have the oil changed in our 2009 IS 250 on 6/18/11. We decided to look at the RX 350's while we were waiting for the service to be completed since they got us right in. We were approached by salesman Brent Turner within a minute of us walking onto the lot. While we have always been very pleased with the service at Stevinson Lexus (we've purchased from them before), Brent's service was OUTSTANDING. We told him that we were considering the RX 350 in the near future and he immediately asked if there was one that we would be interested in driving while our car was being serviced. We quickly found one that we liked and he brought us the keys and turned us loose with the car for as long as we wanted to take it. We ended up trading our car in and leaving with the RX 350 a couple of hours later. Car shopping is never something you consider to be a pleasant experience, but I can honestly say that Brent and the staff at Stevinson Lexus make it downright enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Randy has been my service rep for probably 4 years and he is great. He is always friendly when I call, returns my call promptly if I have left a message and gets me scheduled right away. As a prospective buyer I feel like I put myself at the mercy of intimidating and manipulative salespeople who use any scheme, strategy or scam they can devise to lure me into overpaying for a vehicle. The good news is, though expecting someone with unfavorable personality characteristics such as being sneaky and underhanded, this premise proved to be unfounded. Both Brent Turner and Rob Lazarus were professional, personable and courteous. They turned a potentially unhappy undertaking into an enjoyable exercise.
