Bought a new Lexus 350ES in May. Pleased with price. Soon there after the household cat ate the shark fin antenna off the roof, and they replaced it (not covered by warranty). Living 350 miles away, we were resigned to the fact we would have to wait until November - our next trip to Denver to get it fixed. However, Tim Jolicoeur, was very persistent with the windshield insurance (they sold us) company, and now plans are being made to ship the windshield to a local glass shop for replacement.
