We drove onto the lot "to look around"... then we met Brent Turner. He was very friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions. He was able to get an appraisal on our 2006 400h which started the wheels in motion and led to the purchase of our 2011 450h. We are very happy with our decision. However, I was even more impressed when we returned to the dealership the next week for followup. As we walked back to the car, I noticed it was clean and shiny once again. Brent had excused himself and gave the car a quick wash 'n dry. Now that's going above and beyond! I'm a fan. More
