We're on our third Lexus RX350 now and we've purchased the last two from Stevinson Lexus and if I live long enough (I'm 73 now), we'll probably go back to Stevinson for our fourth one. This last time around, we dealt with Brent Turner and it was, as with our previous purchase, an awesome experience, if buying a car can be expressed in such terms. Brent dashed out to greet me on a Wednesday evening when I pulled into the dealership to see if there was a 2010 RX350 to which we might upgrade from our 2009 model. I was looking at a prospect when Brent came up. I told him what we were looking for and that the car I was looking at might be worth looking at in greater detail. I promised to call the next day and Brent had the price for the car, its mileage and the news that we could probably get into the car for no money out of our pocket, with our trade-in. My wife and I went to the dealership two days later (Brent had taken it off the lot and saved it for us in the meantime) and we settled in to negotiate on the car. After I mentioned that I would want to get a clear mask on it, Brent allowed as how there might be wiggle room on the price to get that done. While I couldn't get him to include an additional warranty as well, we were happy with getting the mask done and we signed all the papers to make it ours. Then Brent turned us over to Michael Tsuji, the delivery specialist and technology guru, who went into exhaustive detail on just about every aspect of the car's features and controls. During the afternoon, we also crossed paths with William Johnson and Dan Lather, the general manager and used sales manager, respectively, who also welcomed us to Stevinson and thanked us for our business. Thanks to all these gentlemen for helping make our car trade such a pleasant experience! We'll come again, as I said earlier, if I live long enough to get this car paid for. More
My wife and I went to Stevinson Lexus looking to trade up from 2 Hondas to a new Lexus hybrid. This was important, because we had already been to several other dealerships in the Denver area, and our general impression of them was that the sales people who helped us, really didn't care to listen to what we wanted in a new car, or what we wanted to do with the cars we had. After checking the inventory, Brenda took us for a test drive of a new CT200h. The car was perfect for us. Since our children are grown, we did not need a large SUV or sedan. We wanted something that would be the right size, have the creature comforts we desired, be reliable, and get great gas mileage at a price within our budget. The CT200h is stated to get 42 mpg. In my first week, I am getting 47 mpg around town. When the test drive was over, Brenda took time to go over the overall features of the car, and we started talking about how much in trade-in we could get for our two cars. Here's something I've never seen before, and it really helped seal the deal. We only had my car at the dealership. My wife's car was over 30 miles away. The dealership provided us with a questionnaire, which we filled out, and they gave us a good faith proposed trade-in value, site-unseen. I should emphasize the word "proposed" since the final trade-in value was contingent on the dealership actually seeing the car. I should also note that the overall trade-in value offered by Stevinson was very good compared to trade-in offers we had gotten from other dealerships in the previous 2 months. Here's a hint, to make this process even easier, take the mileage from the car not at the dealership, and the VIN number, and be honest about the condition of the car. We negotiated a final difference price for the CT200h, sale price minus trade-ins, came up with a deal everyone was happy with, and we bought the CT200h that afternoon. Derek Puckett, the finance guy who assisted us with the paperwork, was also a great help. While we drove home to empty our cars and pick up my wife's car, the dealership detailed our new car so we could drive off with it that evening. Overall, the process to pick a new car, and buy it, was about as smooth a process as I have ever had in over 40 years of buying, selling and trading cars. The next week, we brought the car back so we could get a protective clear cover applied to the front of the car to protect against gravel, rocks and other road debris. We also went through a short class with Andrew. Sorry, we don't remember Andrew's last name. While our car was out getting its clear covering, Andrew took us to another CT200h and detail walked us through all of the features of the car. This class really helped us better understand what the car can do for us. This is something all dealerships should do for their customers. When you buy a car, and you are new to the car, every dealership should assign a specific person to help the buyer learn about what they just bought. The owner’s manual is good, but talking to someone knowledgeable helps make the learning process go much smoother. Plus, it helps point out the do’s and don’ts you should be aware of while you own the vehicle. Andrew was able to answer all of our questions. We now have a better understanding of the features of the car, and Andrew also gave us some recommendations on how to get the most from the features. It was an hour well spent. If there is one thing on a wish list I would want Stevinson to do in the future, it would be to keep in stock some of the accessories offered for the CT200h. When I went to the Parts Department, everything for my new car (all of the goodies) had to be ordered. Not normally a problem, since it only takes 2-3 days to get the parts in. However, when you live and work over 30 miles away in another part of the city, making a quick trip up to the dealership to pick up an accessory is not practical. Overall, my wife and I agree that dealing with Stevinson has so far been a solid 5 star experience. More

He spent a good amount of time with me teaching me the car's technology and features. He was patient and a terrific teacher. The only negative experience I had was was with Derek Puckett. I felt like I was keeping him from something more important. He was short and condescending. I felt rushed and did not feel comfortable. His behavior was the opposite of everyone else's at the dealership. More
We took delivery of a new 2013 Lexus RX 350 on Saturday, Jan. 26th. Every one we met and dealt with that day (see above list) gave us outstanding courtesy and attention. In addition to the names selected in the above list, all of whom were wonderful to work with, we were given a delivery tutorial by specialist Andrew Lovato, which made all the difference in driving the car off the lot with confidence. We understand that his position is a newly created one, and we feel that this service is paramount to enjoying and understanding our new car. He even offered to drive up to Evergreen to help us in the future, if we had a question. When we bought car mats before driving off in our new car, they were installed for us right on the spot. We've never been treated so well at a car dealership, and we're glad that we decided to buy a Lexus. Don Wood was our main contact and coordinator, and we were very well taken care of by him. Pete was supportive and empathetic with my decision to hold off on buying a brand new Lexus during this very difficult time. I chose to use my insurance settlement to pay in full for a certified pre-owned Lexus identical to the car I had owned and loved. I really appreciated Pete's relaxed, positive and easy going demeanor as well as his ability to make conservation. He is knowledgeable about the Lexus product line and is very obviously passionate about his job. Pete was willing go an extra mile in customer service by delivering my car to my home in person since I had broken bones in my right foot as a result of the accident and was in a foot cast. I truly hope Pete is still with Stevinson Lexus two or three years when it will be time for me to buy a brand new Lexus as a fourth time buyer. Stevinson Lexus is lucky to someone as skilled as Pete on their team. More

Every person we were in contact with were friendly, knew the topics they talked about completely, did not attempt to "hustle" us at all, and were sure we understood exactly every issue before proceeding to the next topic.
