Terrible customer service at this dealer. I have been a firm believer in Lexus and Toyota automobiles. I kept going back every three years to lease a new vehicle. After I tried to lease my 3r I have been a firm believer in Lexus and Toyota automobiles. I kept going back every three years to lease a new vehicle. After I tried to lease my 3rd Lexus, It didn't work out. They weren't being reasonable so I tried to purchase the leased vehicle and the leasing company would not give me the information I needed to purchase the vehicle. They said they would forward the information I needed to the dealer and the dealer would be in touch with me in 24 to 48 hours. It's been 84 hours and counting and I haven't heard anything. Oh I called and left a message with the person that was supposed to contact me. When folks encounter this, I would contact Lease End. They seem to be able to help folks who don't want to go to the dealer. I will never lease or purchase a Toyota or Lexus agin. More
