I bought a car for the first time and this dealership made it a terrible experience. There was dog hair all over the trunk and back seats. The salesman told me he would have it cleaned and when he brough made it a terrible experience. There was dog hair all over the trunk and back seats. The salesman told me he would have it cleaned and when he brought the car up to me, it wasn’t so I sent it back. Even after sending it back it still wasn’t cleaned so I had to drive back the next day. I had to send the car back about 3-4 times to get it re cleaned and at the end of the day I just left with my car still being dirty with someone’s dog hair all over. To top it all off, I spent about $22k on a car I thought had the one feature I was looking for. I was not given the correct information during my time of purchase. I asked the salesman if I would be able to start the car from my phone and he said Yes. Well I got home and tried to set it up and turns out I CANT. I am beyond angry with this purchase because I spent my life savings on a car assuming that I was getting what I paid for. My expectations were high and I trusted that the dealership would know about the car especially because this is a big investment. More

Appreciated the honesty Santiago shared. 85,000 service stated tire rotation, but my model does not allow for that and Santigo agreed and he did not try to upsell me.
