I have traded in a car for a newer used car. Both when I was looking for a car and when I was picking it up without financing, I have been kept waiting for 2 hours. They don't have enough staff but plenty of salespeople. They no longer have a detail department to do the car detailing that their customers expect for these expensive luxury cars. It's sad to see the changes since Keny Stevinson sold the company. Poorly run.

Overall it was an excellent experience. Easy to schedule. The service tech was ready and waiting for me. The loaner car was ready for me. The process was easier than at any other Lexus dealer I have worked with previously. My service tech, Joe, was friendly, professional and very easy to work with.
I had a great experience on my visit to Stevenson Lexus. The service advisor was courteous and professional. My technician was knowledgeable and thorough.
We purchased the extended maintenance contract, we were charged for the 30k maintenance check, should have been at zero cost.. I requested a refund, still have not heard back. It was $1,200 roughly. I spoke with the manager, still have not heard back as to when my refund will be issued.
I went into Stevenson to test drive a used Lexus. The sales person was hyper focused on selling me a brand new Lexus and I ended up buying a brand new Lexus. Immediately when I left the dealer, I noticed that I couldn’t see out of the windshield.I called the next day and they’ve been completely unwilling to work with me in anyway. It is not safe for me to drive at night. The financing department has been unresponsive and do not call me back. This car dealership only is concerned with selling cars and not with the safety of their customers.
