Over a period of months, I received several calls to consider trading my current lease vehicle for a new one. Last week I set an appointment with Jay Anderson for further discussions. At that appointment all the details of the possible options were discussed and I considered two different vehicles. Jay is very knowledgeable about all the various systems in the Lexus ES350 model that I was considering and was able to explain the differences between my current vehicle and the new ones. After the final negotiations I decided that this was the appropriate time to make a very favorable change, even though my lease still had more than a year to run. Everyone I came in contact with at Stevenson Lexus was friendly and helpful. Jay Anderson in particular also worked very diligently to get the financing approved at the agreed terms, and has been very detail oriented in getting the additions to the vehicle completed and ready on time. This is my third Lexus lease, and I picked it up today on schedule. Now I get to spend some fun time "playing" with the new car systems. We purchased our first RX450H last year from Chris Rogers. It was a wonderful experience. What we didn't know at that time was the care that they would show when just one year after purchasing that Rogers. It was a wonderful experience. What we didn't know at that time was the care that they would show when just one year after purchasing that beautiful car, I would be in an accident that would total the car. The first thing that Chris said when I called him about the accident and possibly needing to replace the car was "Are you ok?" My beautiful RX was totaled and I just walked away with not even a scratch. My husband and I decided at that time that this is an exceptionally safe car and we wanted to get another one ASAP. Chris got all of the information that I might need for replacement costs/valuation for my insurance company. Once the cost of repair surpassed the insurance companies' cut off, Chris and Adam Fedak worked to find a replacement that would have me back on the road again in another safe RX450H. They actually had the car ready to go the next day (it was brought in from another location). We couldn't go down to pick it up until the weekend. Adam spent all of the time necessary going over the things that I still had not figured out about the navigation system and all of the other amazing things that my pretty new car does. He set up my Bluetooth and XM radio controls and when I drove away from the dealership everything "fit" me. We hope that we won't be needing another replacement car soon, but we definitely recommend Chris, Adam and Stevinson to everyone. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. More
