This is our second experience at Stevinson Lexus. First was for a new vehicle and this time for used. Both sales experiences were as pleasant as can be. Buying a car is stressful under any circumstances, but the people at Stevinson do their best to keep the stress level down. I find it very nice to always see the same people when I take my car in for servicing. That tells me that employees are happy where they work and that ultimately transfers to the customer. The dealership is beautiful so waiting for your car is also pleasant. Frankly, I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else and this is my honest opinion....not something I was asked to say. More
Lexus of Frederick isn't the most convenient Lexus dealership for me....however they are so much better than the other Lexus service centers in the Denver metro area it is well worth the drive. I had a particular problem with the air suspension on my old Lexus SUV. Took it to the close dealer..."couldn't see anything wrong with it". A couple of weeks later I took the truck to Lexus of Frederick for normal service. They found my suspension issue (even recording it on video on an iPhone) and fixed the problem. Then, on the test drive, they found another issue that I had suspected with my front hub. I truly appreciate expertise and mechanics (I guess the correct term is "technicians") who take the time to DO IT RIGHT and have the skill to analyze, find and repair problems rather than guessing or just tossing parts at the car. Service from Manager John Lott was just as Lexus hopes it would be. Professional, caring, and friendly. They've got my business as long as I own my two Lexuses. Jeff Roberts Superior, CO More

I would like to take this opportunity to express how I feel / felt about working with Tim on a new car purchase. I issued a RFQ (Request Price Quote) to several dealers in Denver, Colorado Springs and Fr feel / felt about working with Tim on a new car purchase. The whole process took a couple of days to gather all the information that I needed to make a decision on purchasing an RX 350. I dealt with several Internet Managers, Sales Consultant and Sales Managers. Tim outshined all of them in regard to his professionalism, sincerity, honesty, and wanting to make the customer happy. He went out of his way to make sure that I had what I needed to make my decision. He did not pressure me down any one path. If the Frederick Dealership would have been closer to Denver I would have definitely purchased the car from Tim. A true professional who was great to work with. More

He introduced us to Shane S who gave us a test drive and went over a lot of things about the car. He was very knowledgable. We had a minicooper clubman to trade. I had done research and knew what it was worth as a trade-in. The sales Mgr. came back with a value that was too low in my opinion. I told him my bottom line or we would not buy and he gave me a deal that I decided was fair. I appreciated the fact that we didn't haggle a long time. It's one of the better car buying experiences I've ever had. Shane took it from there and we were drivng away in our new Lexus before very long. More

I found this dealership in Colorado and contacted Adam originally and since this was an online purchase Tim Jolicoeur followed up. Loved talking to both sales people. I found both to be down to earth and not pushy nor slick. (You can't imagine as a single person how important that is to me.) I found Tim Jolicoeur to be helpful, quick, informative, honest and straight forward with all my questions. I'm ending up buying the RX 450h and hope it will last another 18 years. I would recommend both Adam and Tim to my family and friends. I had never met either prior to my purchase. I would encourage a buyer to at least speak to these two prior to buying, no matter where you end up finalizing your purchase. More
Jay and Adam are true professionals. They worked with me over the course of several months as I leased my 2012 ES350. My schedule made it difficult for me to follow through in a timely manner and they never over the course of several months as I leased my 2012 ES350. They even had me picked up at the airport and brought to the dealership when I finally made it back in town and could finalize my lease. Good job guys! More
