I just bought a vehicle from your Frederick, CO location. The way I was treated by David Barney was one of the best experiences I have ever had! I was treated so well that I wanted to call you personally The way I was treated by David Barney was one of the best experiences I have ever had! I was treated so well that I wanted to call you personally and give the highest praise of David. I would like to say that David treated me as if I were the only person in the dealership....Not only did he do that on the first visit, but also on the second, third, fourth, fifth and final sixth time. I would make the 57 mile drive one way just to work with David. Each time his patience and professionalism and personality lured me to buy the car from him and only him. All your other employees are very nice as well, but If I could keep him for myself I would. I checked out every other Lexus dealership, Ford dealeship and Toyota dealership and because of David we went the extra mile towards buying a car from Lexus because of David. Did I mention that this went on since this summer. He would always call and email anything that he thought might be a good fit for me...(6 months running.) After seeing a car that I thought was beautiful, I drove up North to go and see what else was new on the lot. (I live in southeast aurora close to parker). Not only was the car out of my price range but a dream car that I would probably never own. David worked with me so that I could afford it with room to breathe. All the benefits and extra services that come with purchasing a Lexus far outweigh what you get at another other dealership...ANYWHERE. David always worked with me and wasn't there to sell me a car. He was there to help me make things work and I never felt that he treated me with anything but respect, kindness and concern. I would dress horrible just to see how I was treated. And I mean I would dress terrible and be filthy with dirt. He never once judged me or treated me as if I had no business being at the dealership. We all know money talks but David is the exception to the rule. HE REALLY CARES!!! My husband is a hard person to please and he had nothing but good things to say about David. His experience at your dealership was exceptional as well. Matter of fact he is interested in purchase a car from David because of how we were treated. I would like to acknowledge your employee and tell you that because of David Barney I got a car. He is a wonderful assest to your establishment. I am in public service and have been in customer service jobs for over 27 years. In my life I have bought 8 vehicles. I have seen alot, heard alot and been treated numerous ways. The way David operates should be a manual for every customer service person out there. He is EXCEPTIONAL!!! By the way, did I mention that after all this time he spent with me that it was a used vehicle.......Need I say more about his integrity, qualities as a person and David being a true gentleman!!!! I have purchased three cars from this dealership since it opened because the quality of salesmanship and service are unparalleled in my experience (and I have purchased over 40 cars during my life). When my wife and I enter this dealership we are always welcomed by the receptionist, sales staff and service personnel. Each person expresses a genuine interest in us and in the performance of our cars (LS 460 and RX 330h). Today I had new tires mounted on my LS. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by Dwaine and Russ who had our loaner car ready to go. When we returned later in the morning our car had been washed, the mats cleaned, tires mounted and was ready to go. This dealership places customer service higher than any I have dealt with previously. Because of this, I recommend Lexus of Frederick and the fine staff to anyone who is interested in driving an outstanding automobile which is backed by every single person who works in that facility. I have owned a Lexus before but found that the dealer we purchased from was not very friendly (Not Stevinson a different dealer). There were always little issues or whiny service people, really it got to be so I didn't care if I had a warranty I wasn't going back. BUT then I found Stevinson Lexus. What a total opposite of the sorry dealership we had previously experienced!!! They enjoy our company, appreciate our business and they like to build relationships within the Lexus community. Well that is just the tip of the iceberg. These folks are consistent, professional, knowledgeable, fun, relaxed and truly fabulous all the way around. I sincerely love owning my Lexus now that I have someplace to go where I know we will be truly looked after, given great care and service not to mention reliable service, and never a whiney moment. If there is trouble they are all over it making it right, not crying about it. Wow, thanks for being the the bar to which other dealerships can aim for. Wow guys thank you!!!! More
The service and attention at this dealership in Frederick is outstanding. Ask for Russ, he is the best by far "). I have dealt with him since the dealerships opening. Previous, I used the Broadway store (Kuni Lexus)bought both my RX's from them...Frank actually "). They are equally great, but far away from me. Frederick is a short ride north from Thornton and Russ is like a firend right away. Be sure to tell him Jeanie sent you!!! Oh, and if you have a cut or torn leather seat...man...he knows a guy who can make it as close to new as possible, amazing!!!! You won't be dissappointed. More
Amazing customer service...my car had to be in the shop for 2+ weeks and my service consultant (Dwaine Croft) was awesome! He made sure to keep me in the loop with any progress made on my car and went out for 2+ weeks and my service consultant (Dwaine Croft) was awesome! I was in Denver when I noticed that the plastic guard in front of the rear wheel was missing a clip and partially hanging off. I stopped by on my way home to Loveland, CO, to see if they could replace the front of the rear wheel was missing a clip and partially hanging off. To my surprise he responded that he would look at it right away and in less than 10 minutes he was back with my car and the clip had been replaced. A small thing but it was very considerate. While I was there I scheduled the brake replacement for the service bulletin I had at home. Again, they were terrific about scheduling the appointment. Yesterday the service and follow through was truly outstanding. Everything was ready to go as described when I arrived for the appointment. I was very impressed with the detail provided and how wonderful my car looked when they were done. The detail crew put some extra work into cleaning my car. Most importantly the brakes work flawlessly and do not emit dust and make the awful squealing noise when I stop and the car feels safer. One other positive note, every time that I stop in Chris Rogers my sales person always says hello and wants to make sure all is going well.. You guys are the best!! More
