Chris was at the auto show and offered an explanation on the new 450 h and provided his business card to answer any questions regarding the car of my dreams :). I am a single woman and very independent but cautious regarding the way I use my money. I don't feel comfortable asking questions in a dealership. I don't want to use somebody else’s time and I don't want the pressure of buying; feeling obligated or embarrassed because of the time they spent with me. My experience with Chris was completely different. He made me feel like my prayers were answered. He was there to help me understand the advantages of the hybrid technology without any pressure to buy. I took my time in deciding, many months, and he never showed more than a genuine interest in helping me to make the right decision and at a time that was right for me.
