Chris has sold four of our friends five cars over the past few years and they are as pleased as we are now and have always been. Both Rebecca and I come from a value-added, professional sales background so we know a true sales professional when we deal with one - as rare as they are. In my opinion, the true sales professional focuses on developing/maintaining the best possible client relationship first and then representing the national and dealer brands in such a way that makes their clients feel eager to be a part of it second (albeit a close second, Lexus and Mr. Stevinson!)- the actual sale becomes just an inevitable by-product of doing these two things. The caveat is that the sales professional must do the first two things exceptionally well for the last piece to fall into place. Chris Rogers does both exceptionally well. His passion for his profession clearly stems from his unwavering believe in the superior quality and workmanship of Lexus vehicle and for how well the Stevinson team will continue the post-purchase experience for his clients. Chris also makes it his primary concern that everyone of his clients feels special and is ecstatic about their Lexus purchase - for years. Additionally, Chris is just a super nice guy that makes buying a car feel like having coffee with a friend. As I said, we've send friends to him already. We will continue to sent friends to him. Living in Fort Collins I have to plan ahead for the service visits as the dealership is a good 30 - 45 minute driv with any service requests I need.
