Audra has been extremely helpful over the last 4 years with any service requests I need. Living in Fort Collins I have to plan ahead for the service visits as the dealership is a good 30 - 45 minute driv with any service requests I need. Additionally, I have a hectic travel schedule for work and it always seems like my regular service comes up when I need to be out of town. Audra has been wonderful in detailing exactly what needs to be done, arranging/coordinating my service needs, calling me with updates/progress and when necessary arranging loaner car pick (after hours in one case). I drop the car off on my way out of town and it is ready for me upon my return. The care and attention she takes with each visit is greatly appreciated and a piece of mind. More
I have worked with Russ Dawson since the Frederick dealership opened. Russ has been nothing short of outstanding. Russ explains what to expect, gives options, and offers his opinion on what would be best for the maintenance of the older RX (2001). I've come to trust Russ implicitly with any service needs I have. He even located a new ct200h hybryd for me after I had heard it would take months to get one. I always feel I am dealing with someone who is very ethical and a sincere friend. I hope to buy many more from Chris My experience with the service department has also been very good. They go out of their way to work around my schedule. Needless to say none of my Lexus cars has required anything more than routine maintenance. More

I purchased an RX350 from the Fredericks dealership December 31, 2010... I also own a 1997 ES300 with 240,000 miles which my husband now drives to work daily (82 miles roundtrip)....I am the origina December 31, 2010... I also own a 1997 ES300 with 240,000 miles which my husband now drives to work daily (82 miles roundtrip)....I am the original owner and because I liked the vehicle so much and the service I have received at both the Lakewood/Frederick dealerships I couldn't imagine owning anything but a Lexus.... I met Russ in 2006 and have so appreciated his help in servicing the 1997 and now the 2011....Russ has been the greatest...Because I live in Wyoming (210 miles away) customer service is huge for me...Russ has always given me prompt and courteous service and worked me in as I travel to the Denver area.... Over the past 40+ years of owning both foreign and domestic cars, I have dreaded going to the dealers for service. That is until now! Stevinson Lexus of Frederick has changed my feeling of dread to domestic cars, I have dreaded going to the dealers for service. That is until now! Stevinson Lexus of Frederick has changed my feeling of dread to one of calm. I now know that my cars (ES330 and RX330) will be taken care of without any problems. Too many times in the past I was told that the problems with the car were all my fault and the dealer wouldn't cover any costs. Customers mattered very little except that they could pay the bill. And if my wife took in our car for service, she never knew what to expect. Most of the time the attitude was to ignore her comments. After all she was only a woman. The service department personnel at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick are friendly, courteous, willing to spend time answering questions, and making you the customer feel like you are indeed respected. Even if you are working with a specific service person and that person is busy with another customer, you are not ignored. Other service personnel are there to assist you. Since buying our two previously owned Lexuses, we have worked primarily with Matt Waygood. His attitude personifies the attitude of all the service personnel which is that you are a guest and are treated as such. Come to think of it, all the Stevinson Lexus personnel exhibit that attitude. Maybe that is the reason Lexus personnel are so different from those found at other dealers. My wife and I highly recommend Stevinson Lexus of Frederick service department! More
