Stevinson Lexus of Frederick

This is the third Lexus that I have purchased from Stevinson Lexus in seven years. The first one was seven years ago. I purchased my then 75 year old Mother's Dreamcar, an IS250, for her. It was so easy and actually fun, I could not believe it! Two years later, I purchased my Lexus GX470 from Scott. I knew Lexus was high quality and all Lexus dealerships have top standards in the industry as I had previously owned a Lexus while living in another state. However, since interacting with Stevinson Lexus in Frederick, I know they provide exceptional service and have exceptional standards in all departments, even over other Lexus dealerships. Whether you are dealing with Sales or Service (also very awesome; run by John Lott) you will be pleased. The prices are great, too. Recently, my mother's vehicle was in an accident and I needed to replace it for her. I called Scott, now Sales Manager, who had Chris Rogers in Sales help me. He found the exact vehicle I needed and gave me a great price! (I had previously researched prices so knew it was a great deal.) It was that simple! BTW, my now 82 year old mother was not even hurt even though her car was totaled. I think the Lexus protected her. And,I honestly, don't think I will ever buy another car from another dealership because Stevinson Lexus is so great! I recommend them to all my neighbors and friends (many of them have purchased from S.L. after a visit.) I consider myself to have high standards being a previous four time Inc.500 (with AA rating) company owner. Also, a previous YPO Member. My integrity is very important to me. I think that is why Stevinson Lexus is important enough for me to write this review, which is something I generally don't do. They have the highest intregity. A few months ago I purchased my dream car a beautiful IS 250, this was also my first online vehicle purchase. I highly recommend Adam, he was so professional and so understanding on the phone. He actually listened to my needs and wants and made the sale one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. He even took the time to deliver my new car to me at my home 360 miles south of the dealership on his day off!!!!! Talk about going above and beyond!!!!! Last week I had a service appointent to install satellite radio and I was visiting Castle Rock and Adam made arrangements to meet me so I wouldn't have to drive up to Frederick. When I picked up my car it had been washed, vacuumed, and my gas tank was filled. I have never receive such incredible service from any other dealership before. I don't like buying vehicles because I have to deal with salesman that are pushy. That wasn't the case at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick. I would recommend David to all my friends, I was impressed, he is so friendly and professional. Shane Swenson was very helpful in guiding me through all the new features of my new car. Shane was very knowledgeable and helpful. David and Shane made me feel comfortable about asking questions and told me to give them a call if I had questions at a later date or just bring the car in and they would help me with any problem. Josh Ingrim helped me go through all the financing and was able to explain everything about my loan. This was a very pleasent purchase and I recommend these employees to anyone. In December of 2009 I purchased a Lexus RX350 from Stevinson's. So when it came to trade the only dealership I wanted to visit was Stevensons of Frederick. The first experience at Stevinson's was very good so I trusted them to treat me fairly again. When I decided to trade I called Chris Rogers (the salesman who sold me the RX350) and he was on vacation. But he told me that he would have his partner call me. Within minutes Peter Martin called me and I went to visit him that afternoon. I did a test-drive of an ES, discussed various options, and I told him I'd be back in a couple of weeks. After looking and doing some research on the internet, I decided the Lexus ES was what I wanted. So I called Peter but he was out and Chris was back. Both salesmen were very friendly and helpful so it didn't matter to me who waited on me. This time my husband went with me but since this was to be my transportation my husband let me decide, ask questions of the salesman, and make the deal. I did choose the ES Luxury package. Chris arranged for a time to come back to get the vehicle after the "protective" treatments had been put on and all other details were checked out. So two days later I took possession of the new car. During this time Lane was close by offering his assistance. He even called me after the first visit I made to see if I had questions or any problems. I enjoyed the experience of buying my car. I didn't have to negotiate the price for hours, or settle for something less than I wanted. Details were explained thoroughly. Even at the finance office Josh had all papers in order and that process went smoothly as well. When I picked up my car, Chris was with another customer on a test-drive. But he had told another salesman to watch for me - and this person met me at the door to tell me where Chris was. By the time I got some water, Chris was back. Within 30 minutes I was on my way home. I have had lots of cars - both new and used - and have had many different salesmen. But I honestly prefer the way that the Stevinson's dealership deal with the customers and the salesmen are great. I can't imagine that when it is time to trade again I will go anywhere else than Stevinsons and Chris will probably sell me another new car! More

I have had my RX400 H since 2007 and every time I have gone to Lexus for anything, or even just called their service department for information. I have received curteous and prompt service. I redently had a repair and Kevin Kaplan in drop off for service area could not have been nicer to talk with. Also this morning when I went in another young man in that area, that I do not know the name of, came right out and offered his help when Kevin was out of the area for just a moment. I then went inside and decided to let someone know how much I appreciated them. At that time I talked with Jay Anderson in the sales area who was also very helpful and friendly. Over the years I have owned other cars purchased from Lexus and always found the dealership on Havana, and now the dealership in Fredrick to be most helpful More
