I don't like buying vehicles because I have to deal with salesman that are pushy. That wasn't the case at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick. David Barney was so helpful and was willing to answer my questions and let me take the time I needed to feel good about my purchase. I would recommend David to all my friends, I was impressed, he is so friendly and professional. Shane Swenson was very helpful in guiding me through all the new features of my new car. Shane was very knowledgeable and helpful. David and Shane made me feel comfortable about asking questions and told me to give them a call if I had questions at a later date or just bring the car in and they would help me with any problem. Josh Ingrim helped me go through all the financing and was able to explain everything about my loan. This was a very pleasent purchase and I recommend these employees to anyone. Way to go guys, I am so impressed with your service and knowledge. More
In December of 2009 I purchased a Lexus RX350 from Stevinson's. So when it came to trade the only dealership I wanted to visit was Stevensons of Frederick. The first experience at Stevinson's was very good so I trusted them to treat me fairly again. When I decided to trade I called Chris Rogers (the salesman who sold me the RX350) and he was on vacation. But he told me that he would have his partner call me. Within minutes Peter Martin called me and I went to visit him that afternoon. I did a test-drive of an ES, discussed various options, and I told him I'd be back in a couple of weeks. After looking and doing some research on the internet, I decided the Lexus ES was what I wanted. So I called Peter but he was out and Chris was back. Both salesmen were very friendly and helpful so it didn't matter to me who waited on me. This time my husband went with me but since this was to be my transportation my husband let me decide, ask questions of the salesman, and make the deal. I did choose the ES Luxury package. Chris arranged for a time to come back to get the vehicle after the "protective" treatments had been put on and all other details were checked out. So two days later I took possession of the new car. During this time Lane was close by offering his assistance. He even called me after the first visit I made to see if I had questions or any problems. I enjoyed the experience of buying my car. I didn't have to negotiate the price for hours, or settle for something less than I wanted. Details were explained thoroughly. Even at the finance office Josh had all papers in order and that process went smoothly as well. When I picked up my car, Chris was with another customer on a test-drive. But he had told another salesman to watch for me - and this person met me at the door to tell me where Chris was. By the time I got some water, Chris was back. Within 30 minutes I was on my way home. I have had lots of cars - both new and used - and have had many different salesmen. But I honestly prefer the way that the Stevinson's dealership deal with the customers and the salesmen are great. I can't imagine that when it is time to trade again I will go anywhere else than Stevinsons and Chris will probably sell me another new car! More
This is the 3rd Lexus I've purchased from Chris at Stevinson. Chris is so great to work with. He is personable, knowledgeable and always so very helpful. We have purchased 2 new vehicles from Tim J. Absolutely pleasant experiences both times. Tim is very professional, as a salesman at this level should be. Absolutely NO games were played and everything was out in the open and very transparent at the time of the purchase. Follow up calls were made to make sure all was well with the new ride. He has always been available to answer all and any questions we had with the new car. Even on his day off he had answered his cell phone kindly and was very catering! Definitely a rarity in this business. We can not recommend Tim J. any higher! More
I have had my RX400 H since 2007 and every time I have gone to Lexus for anything, or even just called their service department for information. I have received curteous and prompt service. I redently had a repair and Kevin Kaplan in drop off for service area could not have been nicer to talk with. Also this morning when I went in another young man in that area, that I do not know the name of, came right out and offered his help when Kevin was out of the area for just a moment. I then went inside and decided to let someone know how much I appreciated them. At that time I talked with Jay Anderson in the sales area who was also very helpful and friendly. Over the years I have owned other cars purchased from Lexus and always found the dealership on Havana, and now the dealership in Fredrick to be most helpful More

Jay was the most informed sales professional I ever dealt with, was very patient, even after coming back numerous times to look and see the vehicle and negotiated a fair deal taking every one of our considerations as his own. We have purchased over 15 new vehicles in the last 27 years and Jay just set the bar further then ever before. I truly wish all material purchases were as pleasant and fair as this one. This is our second experience at Stevinson Lexus. First was for a new vehicle and this time for used. Both sales experiences were as pleasant as can be. Buying a car is stressful under any circumstances, but the people at Stevinson do their best to keep the stress level down. I find it very nice to always see the same people when I take my car in for servicing. That tells me that employees are happy where they work and that ultimately transfers to the customer. The dealership is beautiful so waiting for your car is also pleasant. Frankly, I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else and this is my honest opinion....not something I was asked to say. More

Lexus of Frederick isn't the most convenient Lexus dealership for me....however they are so much better than the other Lexus service centers in the Denver metro area it is well worth the drive. I had a particular problem with the air suspension on my old Lexus SUV. Took it to the close dealer..."couldn't see anything wrong with it". A couple of weeks later I took the truck to Lexus of Frederick for normal service. They found my suspension issue (even recording it on video on an iPhone) and fixed the problem. Then, on the test drive, they found another issue that I had suspected with my front hub. I truly appreciate expertise and mechanics (I guess the correct term is "technicians") who take the time to DO IT RIGHT and have the skill to analyze, find and repair problems rather than guessing or just tossing parts at the car. Service from Manager John Lott was just as Lexus hopes it would be. Professional, caring, and friendly. They've got my business as long as I own my two Lexuses. Jeff Roberts Superior, CO More
