I really didn't know what to expect from Stevinson Lexus of Frederick and Adam Fedak. I don't care for high pressure and being told untruths just for a sale. Not the case. I was impressed with Stevinson Lexus of Frederick and Adam Fedak and gald I made my new car pruchase from them. From the minute I step on the sales lot I felt Adam listened to my concerns and spent the whole afternoon addressing those concerns. Results were a few days later a very surprised wife picking up her new vehicle with tears of happiness. Great job Adam, thanks fo all your efforts. What a nice facility and Team for my wife to work with for servicing her vehicle. I was impressed!! More

Wow! There truly are still respectable car salesman in this world! Shane Swenson went above and beyond the call of duty in all facets of a car purchase. It's a little bit of a drive for us to get to Frederick but well worth it thanks to Shane. Don't hesitate to ask for him if you want a no nonsense, no hassle car buying experience. I recently bought a car at Stevinson. They were very polite and professional. I was debating between Lexus and Audi but ultimately went with Lexus. David Barney: was friendly, very knowledgeable of the vehicle that we looked at, and purchased. Helped in getting satisfactory terms for our contract and letting us make our own decision on buying the ca vehicle that we looked at, and purchased. He was very customer service oriented, answered all of our questions and scheduled several appointments for the extra options to be completed. Jessica Butts: answered our question on how to reset the trunk breaker when we could not get the trunk open. Our books were stored in the trunk and we could not look it up in the book. Ron Domenico: advised us to bring our vehicle to the dealership when I found a grease spot on the floor of our garage. Determined the right axial boot had ruptured and needed to be replaced. After removing the reminents of the boot, determined the axial rod needed to be replaced also. The car was returned to us when he said it would be. We were given a 2012 ES 350 as a loaner car while repairs were made on ours. He is very thorough and detail oriented. Our car was delivered to us, with a full tank of gas, and the loaner car was picked up. Travis Graves: The contract closer. Very thorough in explaining the different papers involved in the conract. Very friendly and personable. Adam Fedak: Gave a thorough explanation of the various options and their use on the vehicle. Very helpful in setting up the GPS, radio and other options. Isaac: Service Tech. returned our vehicle and drove the loaner vehicle back. Very helpful in reviewing the options on the car and also set the phone bluetooth for us. Very helpful and personable. He seemed to know as much about the BMW as he did about the Lexus. Jeff also walked me around the dealership and talked about how well service would take care of me when I visited. No one has ever shown me their service department before. (it was very clean) and he explained the warranty the car would have while we walked around. The car was fun to drive and everything I wanted. You could tell Jeff really liked the car and wasn't just trying to sell me something! He made the rest of the purchase really easy, along with Travis finishing the paperwork with me. I would tell anyone thinking of a Lexus to visit Lexus in Frederick and look for Jeff! More
After consulting consumer reports I decided I would like to purchase the Lexus Rx 450 h. I decided to come into the dealership to test drive the different models after talking with Tim J. , and with the hel to purchase the Lexus Rx 450 h. I decided to come into the dealership to test drive the different models after talking with Tim J. , and with the help of David Barney I test drove the 350, 450 and discussed the differences in the models as well as the hybrid pros and cons. David was extremely helpful w/o being pushy, and Tim was honest about pricing. I never felt the hard sell experience I dreaded as I headed to purchase a new car from either of them. In fact, I am sure they would have rather I purchased a 2102 to move the inventory off the lot, however David and Tim were enthusiastic about all the models, including the 2013 which I had already decided on before visiting the dealership. Being a cautious consumer, I attempted a price comparison over the phone with several other Lexus dealers. Kuni Lexus in Littleton was extremely reluctant to give a price over the phone and went as far as to call my "tactics" pushy, as I wanted to not waste my time or theirs and visit the top 2 dealers who were willing to work with me. I was immediately put off and decided I would rather pay a few dollars extra than work with that dealership. I also contacted Stevinson Lexus in Lakewood, which honestly would have been a much more convenient dealer to buy from considering proximity. However Lakewood offered an insulting trade in value on my pathfinder after talking with several nice people there. Then David B. of Frederick came to my rescue. He suggested getting a trade in offer from Nissan, and then offered to allow me to "trade in" at Lexus for the increased offer and they would deliver the car to Nissan as a courtesy. Great Idea! The icing on the cake was Josh Ingrim's helpul and humorous approach to finance, his explanations were spot on and I am sure excruciatingly painful for him at times when I signed forms backwords and had to redo them Thanks Josh:) Not only did the team at Frederick make my experience buying my first new car ever painless and stress free, it was oddly enjoyable. THANKS TO ALL AT LEXUS OF FREDERICK. More
