The individuals I refer to Stevinson Lexus of Frederick, are in large part due to the quality of customer care and service provided by Ms. Foley. I have not had the same quality of customer care or service from other Lexus Dealers. It is reassuring to know that quality service still exists. GREAT Experience with Roger. He was friendly, thorough, not pushy and extremely helpful. I am happy with the car, the price paid, and the process overall. Gary Williams was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient while I went through the process of determining which new (to me) vehicle would work best for me. I had three appointments with different Lexus dealerships. I cancelled two of them after talking with Michael Cangelosi as I actually was enjoying the sales experience with him.
