I had three appointments with different Lexus dealerships. I cancelled two of them after talking with Michael Cangelosi as I actually was enjoying the sales experience with him. I was in the market for a particular vehicle- Honda Ridgeline and Stevinson Lexus had one from a trade in. I was meet by Jeff Farley shown the car and had a test drive. There was a little miscommunication on the history of the car, but all was put right by both Jeff and the service staff to get the vehicle serviced and ready for me. I was very impressed with Stevinson Lexus professional manner from sales to finance (even though I paid cash) to the service techs. This experience put my faith back in car dealerships that there are good ones out there. Highly recommend Stevinson Lexus! More

He called me the day after I made a quote on truecar.com. It was very nice of him to pick me up from where I live and drive me all the way to the dealership, since I told him I did not have a car. When we got there, he showed me around, and I realized that it is super clean everywhere, even at the place where they wash the cars. It was about the lunch time when we got there. I was surprised that he offered me a lunch at their company. When it comes to the numbers, I did not get exactly the price I had in my mind, but it was close. I know this is something that Kasey couldn't decide all by himself, because at the end he had his manager come to me and negotiate with me. More
