I was in an accident that totaled my wonderful 2018 RX 450h, and I immediately called Jodi Wersen, who had been so helpful before. I wanted another one much like it--not new--with low miles. Finally, we put together a plan for a new one. Early in Dec she called to tell me a 2022 had came in that was very close to my 2018--even the same color (atomic silver). After more than 2 months, I had my new 450h. I am so grateful to Jodi for watching, keeping me updated, and making it all happen.
