We inquired online Sunday about a vehicle. Recieved an immediate reply that it was still available and would be notified if it was sold. Monday afternoon we drove an hour to the dealership, as Recieved an immediate reply that it was still available and would be notified if it was sold. Monday afternoon we drove an hour to the dealership, asking to see the vehicle. They forgot we were there. An hour later a salesperson came to talk to us. We waited another 10 minutes to learn the vehicle had been sold Saturday night. We had not been notified. More

Bought an LS460 less than 2 weeks ago. The finance person tried to sell me a warranty at $3,900 (I said no), then $3,100 (he forgot to give me "the discount", I said no), then $2,100 (beca The finance person tried to sell me a warranty at $3,900 (I said no), then $3,100 (he forgot to give me "the discount", I said no), then $2,100 (because he asked me if I had any military members in my family, I said no), then $1,600 (because I was a previous Lexus owner. Essentially, he tried to steal every dollar he could from me rather than ask any pertinent questions up front that would enable him to offer me the best (i.e. fair) price. It felt so like the worst, classic used car sales experience one can imagine. I have called to offer my less than happy feedback and the sales person has said twice over the past week that someone (name begins with an A) would call me to offer whatever he could to improve the experience. Although the salesperson has been courteous, I have received no calls, even after leaving a voicemail for the person who was supposed to call me. How this is a Lexus dealership I can't understand. What a bad taste they leave in your mouth. More
