Almost as smooth as I had hoped. Kasey was great to work with. I knew what I wanted going in, which definately helped. The only not perfect thing was that I had to wait three hours to see the finance guy before I could finalize things. I don't know if it was unrealistic of me to think that I could just go in and sign papers or not, but I didn't expect to wait so long. Over all though, they were great, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely recommend them in the future. More
